I have nothing but praise for the sales reps, managers and phone reps at all the Macy's furniture locations but especially the Springfield NJ location. They are helpful, understanding and truly knowledgeable about their product and customer needs.

Great staff, nice furniture, fairly priced.
However, they need to let you take the smaller pieces of furniture home or let customers pick them up somewhere rather than charge $125.00 to deliver a small side table!

We ordered a couch and was told it would be ready in 2 to 3 months, which for me would be from 4/2 to 5/2. They do NOT have haul away service as part of delivery. So I have to guess when to start trying to get rid of our huge sectional. I contacted customer service for an update today (3/24) and was given same time range. Not getting the idea they care. This is too stressful. If they had haul away, there would be no stress. I also wasn’t told they don’t haul away until the entire order was chosen and about to be entered - after two visits of shopping and making choices. Not customer friendly. I should have walked away.

this place will be out of business soon. There is never anyone in the store or in the lot. When I did go in, there were three people sitting around, doing nothing and not a single one of them acknowledged my presence. I eventually ended up buying a bedroom set from the store because I liked it not because the service was impeccable. They told me that I could pick up the receipt at any date I went in and the lady who had my receipt was not there and nobody in the store had any wwy to contact her and they talked to me like I was bothering them. I would not buy from the store ever again, just for the simple fact that the employees were useless an rude
