“Where to start...I have been coming here now for many years, and will be coming here for my general healthcare for the rest of my life. I am always greeted with a smile at the window everytime I come in for my appointments. Check-in is extremely easy.
Next let me say Melissa is the absolute best at what she does. She always goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She is the best at taking blood and taking care of all my medical needs before seeing the Doctor. Thank you Melissa.
I am so thankful that I found Dr. Rozehzadeh. How did I do that? By looking at all of his fantastic google reviews many years ago. He has the best bedside manner a patient can ask for. Word to the wise, if you can book an appointment online, you will be prioritized and get in and out much quicker ?.”

During my last visit it striked me for how humane and accommodating she is towards the patients. Its not easy and common in the fast and very demanding work environment. Yolonda is on the top.

“I had an appointment and there was no waiting.
The lady in room 2 was exceptional! I believe her name is Miss Wendy. Each time I arrive at the Union Quest, Miss Wendy is my nurse. She has a welcoming room, and her pleasantness makes you feel comfortable right away. There is a strong presence of peace in room 2.
Her technical precision was excellent. You could not feel the needle enter or exit your arm. She made sure my name was correct before she labeled the blood vials.
When she removed the needle and placed cotton on the puncture, the blood kept flowing. She responded empathetically, put pressure on the area, and the flow stopped.”
“Went today to take my mom in for bloodwork. We had an appointment and were taken in on time. The phlebotomist was friendly and caring. I didn’t catch her name, she was Indian. She even wished my mom a happy birthday. These small details matter many times when you go to places like this people are very indifferent. I would highly recommend this location. It was our first time too.”

She was promptly joined by the two Doctors who performed the procedures. They all answered any and all questions and I felt comfortable in their care. Now enduring the rather painful recovery which I hope goes quckly. Overall positive experience thanks to the very knowledgeable, expert, caring staff. Now to see how it all turns out.”
