“I honestly don't think I will buy another car from anyone else! From sales to service, outstanding! Kim and Sal in service have set the bar very high! Never an issue, always accommodating. Just the best!”

“Greg, our salesperson friendly and attentive. It seemed like the usual 5-hour experience at a car dealer was a little disappointing, as well as added hidden charges, and undervalue of our trade-in not surprising. All in all, expected experience in purchasing a vehicle.”

“This is a great place to pick up some parts. They’re extremely helpful. Jim was great, if I lived in the area I’d probably end up here every day. In a pinch I was able to bypass my heater core with a couple of couplers they had available. A+”

“This collision center is by far the best around. The professionalism and courtesy they provided is second to none. The work is exceptional and so very pleased to have used them twice in the last 2 years especially the last few weeks. Highly recommended.”

“I easily made an appointment online to service my car & I was in and out in 70 min for an oil/filter change. I also had a small problem with my usb port which they could not fix, but did attempt to & (I think her name is) Amanda got in my car with me & helped me out, which was great. bought my car here so I had free oil changes, however it expired recently. she still waived it & worked with me, which I appreciate a lot. pull right into the garage for service”

“I flew out to New Jersey for a family emergency, and when I moved my mom's Honda CR-V, I noticed it was overdue for service, per the reminder on the dashboard. I contacted Causeway Honda for an appointment to bring in my mom's CRV for service. Their website was pretty easy to use to schedule the oil change and B service. In fact, I was able to drop it off later that afternoon. When my mom and I dropped off, I spoke to Matt and was assured that the technician would do a multi-point inspection in conjunction with the service that was due. We hopped across the street for lunch, and as we were finishing up, my phone rang. Matt said there were a few other things on the CRV that needed attention. I went back across the street to the service bay. Matt and the technician were kind enough to point out (while the car was on the rack) exactly where the vehicle needed attention. We had a leaking axle seal, leaking and overdue transmission filter, original drive belt needed replacement, and the air and cabin filters were both past due.Matt and I discussed how best to address the overdue maintenance items, working with me to make sure that my spend in the service department would address the most urgent and impactful items. Matt also offered that Causeway would be able to get the parts and complete the services in time for the next morning. The car was ready, right on time the next morning. Thanks Matt for helping get my mom back on the road and helping me worry about one less thing when I was out taking care of my mom.”
