The food quality is always very good. Fresh ingredients and well-prepared. The service is always good. They manage a high volume pretty well. The location is great.
We have already had sandwiches in the 2026 season … the team is coming strong out of the gate … the sandwiches were absolutely outstanding.

Seven Mile Pies
261 96th St STE 110, Stone HarborIf I could give the Bang Bang Shrimp Pizza from Seven Mile Pies more than five stars, I would. Calling it a pizza almost feels disrespectful because what arrives at your table is less of a meal and more of a life-changing experience. I genuinely believe there was a moment when the clouds parted, a beam of sunlight touched the earth, and this pizza descended from the heavens to remind humanity that perfection is possible.
From the very first bite, time seemed to slow down. The shrimp is cooked so perfectly that it feels as if generations of culinary wisdom were dedicated solely to achieving this moment. The bang bang sauce strikes a balance so flawless between sweet, spicy, and creamy that it should be studied by scientists. Every ingredient works together with the kind of harmony usually reserved for symphony orchestras and once-in-a-lifetime sunsets.
The crust deserves its own chapter in history books. Somehow it manages to be crisp, airy, chewy, and satisfying all at once. It’s the kind of crust that makes you question why you’ve ever left pizza crusts uneaten in the past. Each bite carries the perfect amount of crunch before giving way to an interior so light and flavorful that it feels almost supernatural.
And then there’s the combination itself. Shrimp, cheese, sauce, and crust unite in a way that makes every other pizza seem like it was merely a rough draft leading up to this masterpiece. I didn’t eat this pizza—I experienced it. I contemplated it. I considered writing poetry about it. If ancient civilizations had known about the Bang Bang Shrimp Pizza, they probably would have built monuments in its honor.
By the second slice, I was convinced that somewhere, a team of angels was working overtime in a celestial kitchen. By the third slice, I was ready to nominate the pizza for a humanitarian award. By the fourth, I was wondering if world peace could be achieved simply by ensuring everyone gets a piece.
The flavor doesn’t just satisfy hunger—it heals the soul. It reaches into the deepest corners of your heart and reminds you why joy exists. Every bite feels like a celebration. Every slice feels like a gift. The only downside is that eventually the pizza ends, forcing you to return to the reality of ordinary food.
I’ve had pizza all over the place, but the Bang Bang Shrimp Pizza at Seven Mile Pies stands alone on a mountaintop above the rest. If pizzas were celestial bodies, this one would be the sun. Everything else merely reflects its light.
