“Basic service in person. They don't answer the phone and can be rude. They always open on time. Undeserved by the postman, however. Constantly getting the wrong ppl's mail and / or having my mail hand delivered by my neighbors or across town when a Signature was required.”
“I reserved PO box for this location online. I went on Saturday June 6 to pick up the key. I forgot to print my online application. My man Corey greet me with a smile and helped me fill up paper copy, without any questions. When it came to deliver the key, he hand it to me quietly and told me my Box number very quietly. Told me instructions and everything. He easily gets 5/5.”
“Greg is the best. One of the few mom and pop shops left in the neighborhood. Greg is always eager to help you out, and doesn’t nickel and dime you for extras like other big box shipping store do. Just be warned, you might stay longer than expected as you enjoy a story about the neighborhood. They make keys, help with shipping and receiving, perform notary services, etc… I enjoy supporting Greg and a local, small family business.”

After a less-than-stellar experience at another nearby location, I visited the Berlin Post Office (ZIP 08009) with cautious optimism—and I was absolutely delighted by the difference!
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by an attendant who exemplified everything public service should be: friendly, polite, and patient. I asked the same questions I had posed elsewhere—about affordable pricing for registered mail—and instead of being met with frustration, I was guided step-by-step with professionalism and a genuinely positive attitude.
It was truly like night and day. This experience proves that quality customer service can be delivered consistently and respectfully—even within the same organization. The atmosphere here was peaceful and welcoming, making it easy to conduct business without stress or discomfort.

It's ashame that most of the time they don't have many supplies, because they want to shut them down to save money. I hope they don't close this location as it is more convenient for me and many others than downtown where there's no parking, long lines and horrible customer service. I use this post office whenever I have to mail something off or try to pickup supplies.”

“I just shared a problem we're having with our carrier in the last few months (Zoe Road, Sicklerville, NJ) but I want to be clear that this is the first problem I've ever had with the Sicklerville P.O. since 1988 when I moved here. The personnel at this location are awesome; I actually tell people how great my post office is. The personnel are routinely friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. I'm having problems with my specific carrier right now, but Matt, who's been addressing the problem, has been courteous and doing his best from my first phone call. I'd hate to see this one problem carrier overshadow the great job that the Sicklerville Post Office has always done.”
“This is a one person Post Office, usually staff by a wonderful Lady. The service is Superior, but it can be get crowded fast, since this is only a one person operation. The Postal recommendations are always Spot on.Cedar Brook is a very small town, We are delighted to still have a Post Office.
