My husband came by here to retrieve quarters with his cash after being told by another bank that he needed cash to exchange, since he wasn’t a customer. He came to this TD bank with the cash and was told he couldn’t do the exchange since he wasn’t a customer (weird because most banks will do the exchange anyway.)
So when I arrived with my husband, the man at the counter on the left on 03/15/25 was sideeyeing us the entire time we were there until I got up to his counter. I gave him the money and told him “I need quarters, here is my card, do you want me to put it in the card reader?”
He claimed I was having an attitude and can refuse service and that he was just stating a policy. I said “yeah and from side eyeing me across the counter is that also apart of your policy? Here is my cash, I need quarters, here is my td bank card, do you want me to put it in the card reader?” He then said go ahead, and we proceeded with the exchange. He was quite frankly rude and I will be talking to the supervisor of this branch regarding his behavior.

Update. I've come to relize I can never call this branch in Stratford. They just don't answer the phone here. I can call any other branch and get an answer right away. So now I'm really sick of the bad customer service they have at this branch. How can a manager not get fired when whoever it is doesn't ever answer the phone here.
I bank here and shortly will be leaving TD bank.
Now they support the LGBTQ. That's there choice. But now that I have to see it with some queer on there atm machine every time I go there. I'm done. Stop cramming this queer stuff in our faces. I am a proud to be straight man. What are you going to do for me? If all of us straight people were queer the world would come to an end, because there wouldn't be anyone left to reproduce.
This has nothing to do with the employees at this location. I am talking about td bank....

Always had friendly service. This is a busy bank but moves quickly.

Worst customer service from teller. Td need to trained their staff in this branch. After today's experience I am definitely going to close my accounts with this bank

My job uses this bank to deposit and receive cash. By far the worst customer service . From now on I’m getting names and I will update . Absolute trash of a bank ! Wouldn’t recommend any normal civilian use it.

ATM is always down, declines card constantly. Getting a new card every few weeks isn’t a solution

I've been banking with TD bank in stratford for many years & i Just gotta give a shout out to my favorite customer service rep Safia! She is always so polite, patient, professional & always has a smile! She has helped me out with many things & I'm forever grateful! Thank you Safia. Watkins.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE WAIT TIME !!! GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION. Waiting to be seen along with waiting in line for the teller. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE… understaffed. Multiple clients walked out due to just waiting to be seen , not being greeted, No sign in/ wait sheet. You’re just standing waiting. I waited for over an hour .. with no one saying a word. Completely unprofessional and NOT “ CONVENIENT “
