“Great experience dealing with Kenny Singh on the purchase of a VW for my son! I went to a lot of dealers, and I always call to make sure the car is available and to let them know when I will be there. Trend was the only one that actually had the vehicle ready when I showed up. If you know anything about car dealers, it’s that they love to waste your tim, but that wasn’t the case here. Pricing was simple and transparent, and they gave straight answers to questions without any games. The certified VW we bought looks and drives brand new in every way. The finance manager was also efficient and respectful of my time. A+ experience all around.”
“Would give more stars to Pasquale in service if I could. Changed my oil, rotated my tires, and fixed 2 recalls on my Bronco in one day. Last time I had a recall the performance ford in Randolph took 40 days. He was so nice, and helpful and made sure everything being done to my car would be covered by ford. Super honest. Took me from never wanting a ford again after working with Randolph to considering a Ford again when my lease is up.”

“Went in Monday morning for an alignment and corner balancing after installing coilovers. Mo was super helpful and super friendly when I pulled up to the shop. Explained what was going to be done, asked questions regarding my style of driving and what I was looking for. His team got the car done same day and what a difference. Able to take corners much faster and the car actually feels the same between turning to the left or the right. Very much highly recommend the shop and will definitely be returning in the future.”

“After jumping my car tonight I drove it straight to Advanced, I was greeted by Al right away. I asked if I could borrow a screwdriver (to manually pop my hood bc the cable is broken) I was having a hard time when Al came out to check on me and he got my hood open in five seconds, tested my battery, alternator, and starter and emailed me the diagnostics. What started as a very stressful night was quickly resolved with his customer service and automotive knowledge. Someone give this guy a raise!”
“Sending a HUGE THANK YOU. I had been camping for three days and stopped at Watkins Glen to snap a picture with my daughter. Little did I know my tire was completely flat. Being almost 5 hours from home on a Sunday night at 7 pm, Knowing everything was closed, I was very nervous and not sure what to do. The guys approached me and offered to help immediately. They took off my tire and put the doughnut on so I could get somewhere safe with my daughter and not be stranded at 7 pm on a Sunday night. Thank you so much. “The staff here go above and beyond for their customers! I needed a wiper for my rear window. They were out of stock. When they heard that I was visiting from out of the area and needed to travel home, they went and picked up a wiper blade from a nearby Napa store for me and even came out to my car to put the blade in for me!”
