“Went to the Morristown Talbot’s earlier today. I had an issue with the fastener on a pair of jeans. It was not something that I could have done myself so I wanted to see if the jeans were still carried. They were not but, the manager Jennifer looked up the item and issued me a credit for the full amount I paid. Chris then helped me find a new pair and was spot on with the size and style. All the staff was so helpful in making the best decision for clothes for me who is 5 feet tall and weighs 124..... they were honest in sharing their opinion on what looked good and what was not flattening.Thank you all for a great shopping spree for my bd!???.”

“LOFT remains one of my go-to stores for stylish yet relaxed clothing, and I appreciate always finding my size. However, customer service is lacking—staff are aloof, rarely greet customers, and often leave the cash wrap unattended, requiring waits of over five minutes for assistance. The store does not take phone orders, and in-person visits are necessary to order online items if you want free shipping to your home. While purchases made in-store qualify for free shipping, price adjustments and returns/exchanges require bringing the receipt, though refunds should go back to the original payment method. Cleanliness is also an issue, with dust and debris noticeable in fitting rooms and on the floor. While I value the convenience of shopping in person, a more attentive and welcoming experience would make a big difference.”
“I always wondered what Macys Backstage was. They have some really nice dresses for women as well as cute clothes for kids. They had good sales going this weekend. Good value for your money. The service was good too. Check out this section of Macy's if you haven't already. I wish every Macys store had a Backstage section.”
