“Overall great experience when I came here to shop yesterday. First off, the t-shirt selection is awesome and the buy 1 get 2 free is a great deal. The material that each t shirt is made out of is very nice and feels comfortable. The cashier was very kind, professional and bagged my items very quickly. She also sold me on singing up for rewards. I will be coming back to this location or other locations multiple times in the future. Great job!”

“Although the Macy’s at Rockaway is smaller compared to other malls, the store has a great product line, and the staff here makes the experience wonderful. I was dress shopping and was not sure where the dresses were located. I asked a staff member, Antoinette, and she stopped what she was doing and walked me over to the section. While trying on dresses, staff members would go into the fitting room to see if anyone needed help or a different size. A staff member, Bethann, was so kind and helpful, asking me how it went, having me show her the dress I liked most, and checking pricing for me. She even pulled in a manager, James, who was also kind and helpful, because there was some confusion about pricing. The store didn’t have my size, and Bethann helped me get the dress that I liked the most and have it sent to my home in time for a wedding I am attending. I am so grateful to the wonderful staff there.”

“I shopped here on thursday, 7/16/26 when Christi and Aaron were working and they were the absolute best!! Christi was the one who mostly helped me, got all the sizes I needed or even brought over some jeans I wasnt looking at but happened to try on anyways and were the best fitting jeans for me!! I have quite a hard time finding jeans so that made me so happy. Aaron helped me find shirts I was looking for and rang me up, and made my night with the discounts by surprising me with store coupons I didnt know I would get. Neither of them rushed me out the store either despite me staying a little past close (as I didnt realize the mall closed at 8). They both left a great impression for my first time shopping here”

“WOW! My absolute new FAV Macy’s location and my first Backstage store shopping experience! Warmest store staff of anyplace I’ve ever shopped!! Exceptional sales service—shout out to Juana—she outfitted me with optimal recommendations and I was able to buy several mix and max outfits for my new job and for leisure!!!! Fantastic quality clothing—also generous selection of overstock from Macy’s brand stores. Because of the sinkhole issues on route 80 I had avoided the mall for quite some time BUT the great news is that I was able to reach the mall heading west at exit 35A before the highway is closed! I’m so happy I did! So worth the drive!!!! Shout out to the friendly staff in all the departments I walked by it’s so nice to be warmly greeted! I also had the pleasure of meeting the store manager pictured here with permission to post granted! ? Can’t wait to go back to this location as it is now my absolute favorite store and shopping experience! I found this beautiful Anne Klein dress and it’s for a Fall wedding in October. It’s stunning, comfortable, elegant, velvet and was in the Last Act section. ? tremendous sale! My tip is if you find it…buy it! If you don’t it’s likely to be bought by someone else before you can make it back to the store again. (Loved my experience so much I just went back yesterday!)”

“On a recent trip back from Pennsylvania, where I was purchasing thousands of dollars worth of fireworks for my mother‘s fourth of July Greek- American extravaganza , I was hungry and made a stop at this mall For the P.F. Chang’s. Little Did I know it would lead me to what was easily the greatest pacific sunwear I have ever shopped in my 44 years on earth . I have been shopping with this franchise since I was a teenager but the manager CARA at this store is what separated it from any other store I have shopped In. I realize it is truly one of the great institutions of our country. The P.F. Chang’s was great, but the Pacific Center was better all Thanks to Cara and the firework show on the Fourth of July. God bless New Jersey. God bless malls and God bless America.”
