Pattie along with all the coaches are phenomenal. They come up with unique workouts everyday for every class. It is such a warm and welcoming environment at this small gym that you really do create a group community within! Everyone is so nice and I love coming to group classes and private lessons everyday!

Love this Gym and love the owner, Kevin. This is a very small, not super nice gym on the top of an Auto Garage, so if you are expecting Equinox, this is NOT the place for you! However if you are looking for a convenient place to train either with a trainer or with group classes, then look no further. This is a great option for kids after school (various fitness programs) as well as certain boot camp style workouts.

When I think of The Body Shop Training & K2 Performance, I think there’s no place like home. The coaches are not only knowledgeable and can motivate you on your worst days, but they embrace each client as a family member. Thy have established a community that cares about everything in your life, not just working out. I feel truly blessed to have such a supportive group of people pushing me to be stronger both in mind and body.

I recently joined K2 (& body shop fitness) after a 6 year absence from any sort of consistent, structured exercise. After about 1 month in, I'm thrilled to have found this gem. The instructors and members are very welcoming, supportive and motivated. I've experienced instructors Kevin, Mark, Pattie, Renee and Laura during various classes. They each seem to bring in a unique element and style, but the common thread seems to be that they all love what they do, and this is reflected in the quality of the experience. Kevin seems to have a sixth sense ability to observe and identify small nuances (whether it be related to form/technique, relative weakness/strengths, energy levels) and makes real-time, personalized suggestions on appropriate adjustments and modifications that help me tremendously. Members seem to have very strong camaraderie and everyone puts in 100% effort. I can see myself thriving here in the long term.

I recommend trying out the classes!! Every coach is awesome and unique in their own way. I love the attention to detail, moves, little tweaks, focus, music!!! It all comes together in every class. Plus I like playing on the obstacles after class... still trying to get those rings!

Kevin is an amazing trainer and coach. He analyzed my physical condition, asked about specific problems and keeps a record of progress. I'm never bored because he has me doing a circuit of exercises on basic equipment to challenge me as I've grown stronger. I actually like going to work out for the first time!

Kevin and his gym were instrumental in my losing 20lbs in a year. The classes were always well rounded, never negatively impacted my joints and put me in the best shape of my life. If I hadn't moved in February, this would still be my primary source for staying healthy.

Kevin the owner is great he really is good at helping people with personal training he really fits the workout to what you need and he is a genuine nice guy not pretentious at all. So if you are looking for a good gym this is the place to go it's down to earth and great to workout at

If you've seen Rocky and like a grungy gym where you don't mind sweat dripping on the floor and that doesn't break the bank with people of all shapes and sizes, this is the place for you... It's mostly classes and personal training at reasonable rates with trainers who are some of the best at what they do!

My wife and I have been coming to K2 for its Boot Camp classes almost 2 years now. With our busy schedules K2 has a lot of different classes throughout the day or you can just come and work out when you feel like it. We love the Boot Camp classes!! ���

Kevin Haag and his facility K2 is a wonderful. Kevin is one of the best trainers I have worked with in the last 25 years. His group boot camps give a great total body workout, his personality is very pleasant and he works with individuals to maintain good form even in group training I give him 5 out of 5
