It’s hard to find a fully transparent dealer and with people that are not there only to sell cars. All sales people including the manager are there to help and se what are the best options for you, taking time to analyze and give you options at your needs.
First time buying at this dealer in the beginning of the year and ended up ending the year visiting again with my second new vehicle.

I've owned 18 Mustangs (only one new one) and more than four Ford trucks, and the attention to detail at Salerno Duane was spectacular. I was out of state in my 2022 Bronco when I broke down 6 miles away from Salerno Duane Ford. Because they knew I was traveling, they dropped everything to fix my Bronco. I only hope the owner of this dealership knows how focused on excellence these employees are. I gave the mechanic a big tip, and he (I think he was from The Ukraine) was very appreciative.

After being serviced for my 10k for my electric vehicle at another dealership, I had a experience where I was up sold on things I didn't need and was told that they would repair things but they never did.
Salerno Duane Ford was an awesome service experience and I didn't even buy my car there. I made my appointment online and they listened patiently for all the issues I had and then gave me a courtesy ride back home for the repair. Everything was completed in two days, even with a part they had to order overnight. They covered everything under my warranty without challenging it. Then they drove my car back to my house when they were done. They communicated with me every step of the way. I'm so impressed with the professionalism and quality of service here. I highly recommend!
