I’ve worked with the team at the FedEx office in Summit specifically the print department. I have used in the past 2.5 years as my speaking engagements have increased significantly. They’ve created my keynote notecards for Vegas, New York, London, British Columbia, Dubai, and they have never let me down. Sagbir is a Godsend and whoever the manager is of that location or the area district leader needs to understand that his heroic actions has saved this location. You need to him give him a raise, accolades, throw flowers at his feet because he understands what it means to deliver. He understands what customer service means and he embodies it . So, I could only give five stars I would give 10 and I’m going to say that it’s the only reason why this location gets 5/5 is because of the awesome service delivered by Sahbir.”
