The UPS Store #5872 in Summit offers expert packing, shipping, printing, document finishing, a mailbox for all of your mail and packages, notary, shredding and even faxing - locally owned and operated and here to help. The staff are helpful, polite and professional, doing their job as fast as possible. The owners are very kind and friendly, professionals. The employees are the best, especially with printing - they print all kinds of things, and always do a great job. The store is fantastic, with a young lady who was efficient in working through a line of customers and made the shipment easy and quick, even when dealing with people in a hurry.
The UPS Summit store seems to have changed ownership. They are clueless. They wanted to charge us $400 to send a 20-inch poster cardboard tube to Europe. Um no! I won’t be back until they get their act together. Frustrating.

I love our UPS store here in Summit. They are amazing, friendly and helpful making it easy to ship as well as print signs. Supplies are so appreciated as well.
