I had a wonderful experience at the UPS store and wanted to share! The young lady was efficient in working through a line of customers and made my shipment easy and quick.I am sure it can be hard dealing with people being in a hurry especially after the holidays but she made my trip a delight.

Hands down one of the best UPS establishments in the area. I’ve always had a great experience with the staff. They’re knowledgeable and can always be counted on to explain best shipping methods - or be flexible for my needs as a customer.

The Zoological Society of New Jersey at Essex County Turtle Back Zoo has been using the services at the UPS store in Summit for many years. The staff has provided exceptional service including printing, shipping and shredding needs. Highly recommended this store.
