The staff are helpful, polite and professional, doing their job as fast as possible. The owners are very kind and friendly, professionals. The employees are the best, especially with printing - they print all kinds of things, and always do a great job. The store is fantastic, with a young lady who was efficient in working through a line of customers and made the shipment easy and quick, even when dealing with people in a hurry.
This may be part of a national chain but the SHOP LOCAL vibe is incredible at Summit's UPS store! This particular franchise is a huge asset to our community. Whatever your UPS needs are (mailbox? printing? creative design?) you will find great service. Truly, it is a gem in Summit!
