Dear Manager,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received at your UPS store. As a local customer, I value the convenience of your store and its role in supporting our community. However, my recent experience fell short of the welcoming and helpful service I expected.
I visited your store to purchase a box, priced at approximately $5.60, with the intention of packing my shoes myself to save on costs. I asked the employee for a small piece of tape to seal the bottom of the box so I could safely transport it to my workplace. Unfortunately, the employee responded with a dismissive and unhelpful attitude, stating, “This is the same as us packing it for you,”
This interaction left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I understand that the store operates to generate revenue, but a small gesture, such as providing a piece of tape, would have gone a long way in fostering goodwill and supporting a neighborly experience.
I kindly request that you address this matter with your staff to ensure future customers receive courteous and accommodating service.

This may be part of a national chain but the SHOP LOCAL vibe is incredible at Summit's UPS store! This particular franchise is a huge asset to our community. Whatever your UPS needs are (mailbox? printing? creative design?) you will find great service. Truly, it is a gem in Summit!

I'm really surprised by such a low rating! It's the best UPS! The staff are helpful, polity and professional. They do their job as fast as possible! Have you met the boss of this place? He is amazing!

Best ups store in summit!!! Highly recommend them for all your packages needs, mail boxes, and much more. Very friendly staff and the owners are very kind and friendly, professionals.

The Summit UPS Store is fantastic! The employees are the best, and they do an absolutely amazing job, especially with printing. They print all kinds of things - from menus to note cards to large posters - and they always do a great job! 10/10!

Dropped off a package in a USPS box asking if it was ok, they said it was. Recipient had to pay $16 to accept the package. Don't use this store.

I had a wonderful experience at the UPS store and wanted to share! The young lady was efficient in working through a line of customers and made my shipment easy and quick.I am sure it can be hard dealing with people being in a hurry especially after the holidays but she made my trip a delight.

The Zoological Society of New Jersey at Essex County Turtle Back Zoo has been using the services at the UPS store in Summit for many years. The staff has provided exceptional service including printing, shipping and shredding needs. Highly recommended this store.

Horrible and rude attitude of the staff overall. They don't deserve to be in business where customer are made to buy boxes for returns for no relevant reason. I wish they was some rating below 1 . They don't deserve any stars.
