I brought one of my vehicles, he diagnosed the problem within 30 seconds, and gave me a reasonable estimate. He fixed the problem at the time promised, and did some extra work with No Charge.

I called my aftercare specialist almost daily for the first month. She was amazing. Always patient with me, making sure I was okay. She talked me through every single emotion I was experiencing or having problems with. They are always there for you even when you're already out of the facility. You can always reach out to them”

“I had to replace an alternator in my old (25 year) Oldsmobile. I checked out several places that I could walk to in my neighborhood and another via phone that was recommended by a friend. All were busy and couldn't get to the car for a day or to. Even though it was mid afternoon, Desmond at A&H said he could order the part and get it done by the end of the day. Not only that, but he was less expensive and much nicer than any of the others. Today I stopped in because I was given an outrageous estimate by Midas regarding a tire I'd purchased from them 5 months ago. It only had 4,000 miles on it and was worn down to the steel belt. And dangerous to drive on. They claimed it was because I had a wheel bearing and casing that needed to be replaced. Desmond was kind enough to take a look and I would have gladly let him do the work. However he was honest enough to tell me it wasn't that at all. It was a wheel alignment which needed to be done and yes he had told me that at the time he replaced the alternator. I just didn't do it - silly me. But thankfully I didn't spend crazy money at Midas for BS either. Unfortunately A&H doesn't do alignments but I will definitely go back there for other needs. And an honest opinion and an honest price. Highly recommended. Ask for Desmond if you call. He runs the repair garage.”
“Very nice guy Emmanuel took care of me personally for my inspection in and out very quickly and then I had a minor problem with my seat belt wasn’t allowing me to latch properly he too a look took some wd 40 and like magic all fixed and didn’t charge me very nice guy”

Although he had a couple of jobs before getting to my car he stayed in communication and updates on his eta to get to us being very professional.
Upon arrival not only was he very experienced and knowledgeable with cars and towing but he was also very nice,explained things well and has an awesome personality.
This was not an easy tow by any means,it was a 50 yr old antique car that wouldnt move,its a family heirloom that was stuck in the back of a tight driveway on a very busy street in North Bergen.David make it look easy.Then he towed it to Stroudburg PA and the location was definitely not easy for any trucks to get to having to navigate very small 1 way dirt roads in the dark country setting.His tip was well deserved and I highly recommend him for future service with any of my families vehicles.He did a great job!”
