“I recently had an experience with Enterprise that left me with mixed feelings. A day before my reservation, Adrian called to let me know that I should expect a wait due to limited inventory. While I appreciated the heads-up, I still don’t understand why customers are able to make reservations when the location doesn’t actually have cars available.
Despite this frustrating situation, Adrian provided outstanding customer service. He handled the issue professionally, treating each customer with patience and respect. Even though I had to wait four hours for my rental, Adrian remained courteous, kept me updated, and did everything he could to assist.
While Enterprise needs to improve its inventory management and reservation system, Adrian’s exceptional service made a frustrating experience much more manageable. I was very pleased with the service I received from him. Enterprise is really lucky to have you . Thank you, Adrian!”

“The Budget location in Fort Lee New Jersey is excellent. I don't know how budget does it there, I rented from other companies in the area, I always found budget prices considerably more competitive. The staff is fantastic. They are very helpful. The service is way and above. Best are the cars, they are always new and properly cleaned. Be prepared for a pleasant upgrade!!”
“I rent from the Westwood, NJ office almost once a week for business. The entire staff in Westwood is always friendly helpful and accomidating all the time. I enjoy seeing the familiar faces all the time. The only downfall in enterprise, is not about the staff, it's about the general process of switching out management and staff and moving them around. Once I get familiar and build a good repor, Enterprise moves them to a new location. I feel consistancy in the staff helps the process go smoothly.”

“I gave this Enterprise 4 stars because of the staff are great, friendly and I’ve seen them handle some stressful situations, location is perfect and prices are reasonable. Now the two reasons i gave 4 stars and not 5 is because they’re closed on Sunday which is a bummer but understandable ( staff need their rest ) and not having the car you book. Usually they’re able to substituted the vehicle but sometimes the substituted sucks. I booked one recently and thought the substituted vehicle would be ok. It wasn’t, it was an uncomfortable ride for my poor passengers, but I agreed to take the vehicle and a 5% off which is pretty much change for an homeless man. Overall, an even 4 stars.”

“From start to finish my experience was nothing but terrific. I worked with Mo who upon reaching out suggested I wait a little as he heard there will be deals in the coming months. His suggestion to wait rather than take the business right away was a positive sign off the bat. Mo then reached out when the right deal came along and made the entire leasing process super easy. He worked quickly with the dealer and with my insurance agent to get everything set up and a day later my new car was delivered. The driver took the time to explain the vehicles features and patiently answered all our questions. Mo also handled taking my old car back and surrendering the old plates to the DMV. All in I really enjoyed working with Supreme and plan to do so again in the future.”
