“Heads up for those who don't know. If you rent a car for 5 days their system automatically charges you for a week. Definitely a rip off and shady business practice. Probably thinking most people won't notice. But that's the company's fault not the store front. That being said, I've had nothing but great service at this location. We've rented here multiple times and people have always been very nice and helpful. If you're renting through your insurance for a car accident, or renting under 5 days or more than 7 I would definitely recommend. Anything in between I'm going to Hertz from now on unless that policy changes.”

“Dropped a car off here this week, and it was such a wonderful experience.
I needed to rent a car and dropped it off here to get to the airport afterwards. The gentleman that checked the vehicle back in was professional and extremely helpful, as was Hugo who drove the shuttle to the airport terminal.

“Had the G-Wagon for a week and honestly didn't want to give it back. RealCar hooked it up in mint condition - interior was clean, exterior was flawless. “Enterprise makes the rental experience smooth. Shuttle from lga was simple, arrived at rental facility within a few minutes. The staff member greeted us, we had a huge amount of luggage, she offered to go get the van and bring it to where all our luggage was. She helped me fold down all the seats in the mini van, which was extremely helpful because I have trouble getting the seats folded into the floor. The gentleman at checkout was knowledgeable and helpful. Upon returning van, greeted by a friendly staff member and shuttle driver was knowledgeable and got me to terminal within a few minutes. Every staff member encountered was knowledgeable and polite. The experience was smooth which is so helpful when it’s your first time travel to the area.”

“Anthony and his team went above and beyond. I rented a full size SUV to pick my kids and their four oversized duffles up from camp. The morning I was supposed to pick up the car I received a call that it had come in damaged. They asked if I needed seating or trunk space and I told them the later. They found a large luxury suv that happened to be available despite everyone moving their kids to college that had just enough space. I am so grateful I was able to get my kids and all their gear home safely and in style.”

Today, during the crazy flooding in the Hackensack area, something didn’t sound right while I was driving, so I pulled into this parking lot to check my car. I had my two little kids with me and was pretty worried.
As I was looking at the car, three amazing guys came out to help. They took the time to inspect it with me and were able to do a temporary fix so I could safely drive home.
