“This was my first time visiting this AT&T location, I was kindly greeted by Joseph (Joe)I instantly felt comfort and welcomed as I began to express my concern and reason for visit. Without passing judgement I shared with him that I was ready to upgrade my 2019 iPhone XS Max for something of better value.. he introduced a few options to me, I instantly said I wanted a pink iPhone 15 Plus and he made it happen. He placed a warehouse to store delivery on 11/15 and I received it in 48 hours, once I paid a second visit to the store he applied everything to my new phone including: screen protector, phone case, pop socket. “I found this location a couple weeks back when I had to pay my Verizon home internet/ cable bill and googled the nearest location. During my visit Rasheed asked me what service I had because I was contemplating whether or not to make the switch from T-Mobile. He was very polite and informative, he left me with his business card that gave me a breakdown on what to expect if I did decide to switch. Ultimately I made up my mind because I liked his customer service and his attitude. Now I know (from experience) dealing with phone/utility company’s can be very hectic however, my experience at this Verizon location was exceptional. Rasheed made mine and my wife’s switch from T-Mobile Seamless. He was patient, and I can’t thank him enough for setting us up with our new iPhones while my 1year old ran around the store shouting with excitement trying to take his first steps. Lol Nonetheless, I highly recommend Rasheed and this location if you’re looking to get a new phone or even just to pay a bill.”

“Ben is the Manager. Sits right by the window. Knowledgeable, confident and goes extra mile. Before we bought the phone my wife (att at that point) had iPhone issues before jumping on a plane. She stopped by and Ben spent time fixing it with a three finger special restart swipe. Didn’t have time to change to Verizon.After about 6 months we stopped by given promotion from Verizon. He gave us red carpet service. Swapped out phones, put a glass cover and ended up making all of us very happy.Also, while we were there multiple neighborhood older folks were walking down the street, waving and just stopping by to say hi.Truly valued part of community and I was impressed that there were still these types of stores in existence.Thanks Ben!”
