“Everytime I go in it's usually Ethan helping me out and hes been great with his customer service towards me everytime. Sometimes recommending me a better option than what I'm going to buy and its always been great help.
If there's anything about the store I would say it's that the selection of thc-a related inventory should be increased and with more variety IMO as the flower and concentrate products are lacking. If there were more options and variety in terms of rosin, badder, crumble, etc instead of the same 2-3 selections I would be inclined to spend more here when I do”

“I wanted to stop smoking, so I decided to switch to vaping. I bought a pod system and salts from another store, and the experience was terrible. I wanted a flavor that was similar to disposables, and that wasn't what I received. The vape sat in a drawer, and I continued buying disposables. I always felt bad about discarding lithium batteries every few days, so I resumed my quest for something that I liked. Good Guys is the around the corner from my house, so I decided to stop in.I don't remember the name of the person who helped me, but he was excellent! I explained what I wanted in my weird, convoluted way, yet he knew exactly what I was looking for. I respected the fact that he did not try to sell me a new vape when he easily could have; he let me know the vape I had was perfectly fine. He determined I like a sweeter nic salt, and made the perfect recommendation. I liked that he was knowledgeable and understood the products that he was selling. I have been to other stores that haven't slightest idea. This is another reason why I stuck to disposables. I couldn't find a store who knew what they were talking about. I highly recommend Good Guys, especially if you're new to vaping and need help picking out something you'll like.”

The staff, everyone is awesome, they all have the patience of saints and they always show me new products. Definitely would suggest if you stop by Waldwick and need any vapes, this is the spot.”

“Terp Bros dispensary in my old neighborhood of Astoria is a Great place to buy cannabis. I'm in my 60s while all my friends weed back in the '70s and '80s. I just preferred my beer and a drink here and there. So when I walked into Terp Bros Dispensary I was clueless. I have a lower back injury working at the than World Trade Center site back in the mid 2000s. Pain Management not working so good and a doctor them suggested edibles. Every time I go back whoever helps me is very knowledgeable and knows I'm trying to ease my pain and get sleep at night. And I don't want to be too impaired. But I did buy a pack for that 24 hour period I just want to lay back. I'm still trying to learn all the difference in strength. I can go on and on all I could say is everyone in the shop there is very helpful.”

I made comments on how I enjoyed the flavor but it was too low on puffs, she stepped up once again with a new flavor and more puffs which astonished me again. This lady knows her stuff! “I'll second what other reviewers have said about Mustafa. He is very attentive and helpful. I had an old vape that wouldn't charge any more, and he tried diligently to test and analyze the situation. Turns out it wasn't the charger I was using, but the thread at the bottom of the battery that was damaged. He then tried to find the lowest-cost solution possible for me, and offered to sell me just the battery compartment of a vape he had that seemed compatible with the tank.
He offered to help me with cleaning, and invited me to call and come by any time I needed help.”
