“Huge shout out to Claudia Lopez in the Paramus store. At the time of purchase I did not realize I was charged 3X for a single roll of wrapping paper. During a very stressful time in my life, she was able to research and rectify this oversight without my needing to return to the store.
Kohl’s has been my go to store. I have not adapted to the new Paramus location yet, but will absolutely make an effort to do so as a thank you for her efforts to go above and beyond!

I stopped in today to pick up uniforms for my boys who are so hard to please and picky. Marcus walked me through sizes, check stock for sizes that weren't out front he even search personally for sizes I wasn't able to find. While this may seem atypical it's not. Alot of stores are lacking true patience and customer service. MARCUS is a excellent manager, and he has an A team. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR CARING IN SUCH A TRYING TIME. You guys Rock!”

“I had one of the most memorable customer service experiences this past Sunday while shopping at your store on White Plains. I was unable to locate my coupon in my bag upon reaching the cashier, I could not locate the coupon in my email. Frustrated, I left the items and decided to leave the store and perhaps return another time. As I was at the door making one last check in my email, another cashier, whose name I learnt to be Mia, with the brightest smile, beckoned to me and said she would honour my purchase with a coupon. She was genuinely pleasant right through the check-out experience. I will return to that store just because of her. Old Navy you have a gem in this employee. Bottom line is that mia didn’t have to. I was three steps away from the door, but she ensured that I left the store happy and satisfied. I am indeed grateful and please let her know she is valued.”
“The girl in the front was so helpful. She was smiling and greeted me hello, which I didn't expect as I was walking my way towards the exit. Which was all the difference in me walking back and asking her for advice on the fit of a certain shirt. She recommended I size down and when I came home, I tried it on and it fit perfectly! I wish I knew her name. Kindness is everything in retail and all the difference in make or breaking a sale. I was pleasantly surprised in the best way.”

“Check your receipt before you leave and make sure you got everything in your BAG YOU BROUGHT TO THE COUNTER. The manager checked the cameras when I came back 2days later with my receipt with double charges and he took care of everything. But the cashier made 2 major mistakes and it wasn't even busy, no one was even behind me. I bought $300 worth of clothes and I don't think it was a honest mistake but that's my opinion after 15 years of cashier retail experience.”
“I like shopping at this Old Navy. It’s usually not busy and they have a lot of nice clothes that I can wear to work (business casual). My definition of business casual includes jeans. The staff here is very friendly and the mall is very nice and quiet. Even on Saturday, not crowded like the nearby garden state.”

“Two levels of men’s, women’s and children’s clothing . Offers basic staple items and many neutral tones. Decent pricing and quality. One of the few places I could find clothes slim enough and long enough in children’s sizes. I love that you can drop off your old clothing to re sell at second hand places or for fabric recycling instead of throwing it out! You will get a coupon if you donate your old clothes.”
“This store is the best for children clothes hands down. Better then children's place old navy and gap. They are always having sales so if your worried about the expense...there really is something for every budget. But it is on the more expensive side, even more then old navy. I will continue to shop at carters Oshkosh bgosh.I have to say though the last time I was there, something crazy happened a short diesel man came in the store and just bumrushed all of the clothes in the front.He Stole thousands of dollars of clothes.The poor employees were like "sir, sir you can't do that sir.The man just kept taking them.My husband went towards him and said man what are you doing? The man just rushed past him and said call the cops. Man call them!That was wild.So you see Carters clothes are in high demand and very high end but affordable ?.”
“Black owned clothing store on the pricier side but they have good quality clothes for the most part. I bought a couple sweatsuits back in 2020 and they are still in hood standing. My only complaint is that my pants shrunk after I washed them ☹️ overall 10/10 in customer service and they host yearly semi black parties on their anniversary. You also might bump into a celebrity while you shop.”

Most of the clothing now is summer clothes but there are some fall items and a few coats. Sizes go up till 14 but there are fewer options in the larger sizes.”
“Great location and staff is always pleasant and helpful. I've only done store pickup recently. I had an item missing from my pick up order but they put it aside as soon as I called the store. They're happy to help so long as they can. Parking is always plenty which is a plus for me.”
