Cookie's Department Stores is a hidden gem for all things kids clothing and accessories, offering lots of choices and still affordable prices. Customer service is often very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. However, experiences with staff can be inconsistent, with some providing incorrect information about item locations. The store layout has very small spaces between the racks. There have also been issues with cashier errors, including double charges, which management will address with a receipt. It remains a popular destination for children's items despite these occasional frustrations.
A big store with lots of inventory. They have clothing for everyday wear and special occasions. They are reasonably priced.I like the fact they have slim & husky sizes.
