“This is THE BEST pharmacy in the area. I was new to Hackensack I’ve used a few and this is the only I will use from now on. They actually care about their customers and go out their way to help you anytime they can. In today’s world where everyone does the bare minimum it’s so nice to have a place like this where they know you by name, where they don’t just do their job they do everything they can to help. Shoutout especially to Duane, Dwayne? He spent a bunch of his own time to make sure I got my meds, dealing with doctors insurance, and other less competent pharmacies. I’m serious if you are someone who needs to know you’re medication will be there every month, and who will be greeted with a smile when you pick up your prescription, or have it delivered chose this pharmacy.”

“I had a great experience getting my covid booster with Red Ribbon Pharmacy. After having an appointment cancelled and no luck with two nearby Walgreens pharmacies, I came in to Red Ribbon hoping for better luck. Though they were close to closing time and past when they usually administer vaccines, Hector was generous enough to accommodate me. The whole process was quick, smooth, and easy. I would definitely recommend Red Ribbon to anyone in the neighborhood!”

“I like the services this store provides, and the staff is friendly, efficient and professional.
One exception is on one of their managers, at the pharmacy side. I didn’t see his face or know his name, but recently I stepped in for a UPS package and had to listen to how badly (& loudly) he treated the staff. It was like a parent scolding a child in public, and I find that quite unprofessional. The staff were also quiet and obedient.
There should be manager training for these matters so that no one suffers public embarrassment.
The store and staff is very good however and I recommend it.”

“I’m so happy I switched to ahma Rx! From the very first prescription, everything has been smooth and stress-free. I love that I get a quick text as soon as they receive an order from my doctor letting me know they’re working on it. Their delivery service is amazing too; I get a text when my medicine has been dropped off right at my door. Auto-refills are another huge plus — I never run out or have to remember to call things in. Switching to this pharmacy has honestly saved me so much time and stress. Highly recommend!”
“I would give five stars because the people here are awesome, and they're patient and although they are 45 minutes from my home I still use them.. my only criticism is some difficulties I've been having receiving My medication via delivery; last month. I really got screwed because they only deliver to Westchester on Fridays and Mondays I think and last month They didn't deliver my meds On the Friday before Independence Day and then they were closed for the 4th of July weekend, which left me without medication. I have seizures if I go 2 days without taking..
Based on my experience, if you intend to receive your medication via their delivery service, I would advise against it unless you have an alternative. However, if you have a substantial surplus of medication such that a delay like the one I encountered would not pose a medical concern, you may consider utilizing their service.
So, personally, I've had issues every time I've tried to get something delivered. Actually, today was the worst – I had to trek 45 minutes into the city on the muggiest day of the year just to grab it myself! But honestly, if we're not talking delivery, I'd totally give them five stars.”

Get your prescriptions filled here over time and the staff will start recognizing you and greeting you. They'll work on your behalf and that sense of place will start to grow.
