This time was no different: Molly was perfect, helping get my wife into her first pair of running shoes in years. Turns out the best match for her was Altras, a brand that even I as a more experienced runner would never have considered. Customers should expect to wait during peak shopping hours, especially if you want to use the computer-driven walkpad/gait analysis. But it's worth it for the level of attention and expertise you get.”

Joan was incredibly sweet and patient with all of my requests. I had quite a few specific demands for how I wanted my Speedcat shoes customized, and he handled everything professionally. The embroidered name came out perfect, the quality and placement were exactly what I wanted.
This experience has honestly changed my opinion of Puma as a brand. The personal touch and excellent customer service really impressed me. I'm definitely planning to buy more Puma products in the future. Highly recommend giving their embroidery service a try if you want to personalize your gear!”
“I purchased a pair of Storm King boots per the recommended size, I felt they were a little loose so rather than return them I paid a visit to the store to try the sizes just to be sure. I was helped by a gentleman who greeted me right away, efficient no fuss, sorry I did not get your name. I was able to try on both the boots and sneakers just for the sizes. There were a handful of people shopping and the staff were all busy helping them. John assisted me at the register, he was also efficient and helpful. I am not sure about the negative reviews people have posted but I was very happy with the pleasant staff and overall experience, wish I had more time browse.”

“Management should be very proud of this store and it’s employees. I came in to buy some sneakers for my son and was immediately greeted by smiling associates. A lovely young man Jayden, helped me initially to choose some “cool” sneakers. Another associate , Destiny recognized my sneakers had a minor defect and offered to go through four other pairs until she found ones I was satisfied with. I was not expecting that. I was in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes with a pair of sneakers my son loved! A good product paired with great customer service is how you build long standing customers!”
