“Just moved in this past month and I’ve lived in quite a few apartments over the years. This by far is my favorite for so many reasons. First off is safe and quiet. The views are spectacular really from any apartment but my view, I get to see the sunset over the river every night. Management is superb, the building is clean and if there’s ever a problem or I need help, Jason is quick to respond and resolve it. Looking forward to the pool opening which is surrounded by beautiful landscaping and a privacy fence. Love it here!”

“I recently called the leasing office at Pier Village to gather some information.The call was answered by Lynn(a leasing agent).I was immediately impressed by her positive nature and her willingness to meet at my convenience. When I arrived she spent over 2 hours with me explaining and describing every aspect of the Pier Village Community. Her tour was extensive, informative without pressuring me at all.There was not a question she couldn’t answer. I was extremely impressed. We are going back on Saturday for a second look. “My husband and I love living here. It was the Best decision we made. Everyone is so nice and everything is very clean. Its a great place all year round. We enjoy it in the summer, respect it in the winter and love everything in between. Great family owned shops and the restaurants are amazing !! Just about everything is walking or bike distance. Leave the car at home and enjoy a nice walk. Bradley Beach is a great place to live and visit.”

“We lived in The forge at Glasswork for 18 months.YES! The forge at glasswork and The Willows at Glasswork (affordable housing) are in the same community. We had never experienced any issues with our neighbors.The maintenance staff were always there when we needed them.The office staff was always helpful with answer all of our questions and concerns via email.Before returning the apartment my husband and I did a deep cleaning to the apartment so we can have our security deposit returned in full.Overall I enjoyed living in Cliffwood. It’s a beautiful area. I also enjoyed Aberdeen and Matawan.I highly recommend living at the Forge as your start home.”

The apartments themselves are great. The grounds are extremely well kept with plenty of awesome amenities. Any maintenance that I've needed done has been taken care of very quickly.Overall, I'm lucky to have lived here and will always recommend it to anybody who's looking for a place to live.”
