The employees were phenomenal. MItchell on the sales floor was wonderful . He brought out the sneakers I was looking for in all different colors and styles.
What a great sales person!
Charlotte at the register was great as well. She made sure I signed up for the rewards program and was efficient and informative.

“The Tore layout irks me, and it's not my fave brand but I did get a really helpful employee assist there for some items (accessories) that have been on my list for a while. Good deals. Wish they could work better with that layout but it might be challenging. There's a whole half of the store I don't even think I've seen yet!”

But one of the employees recommended two other (non-Asics) stores to go to for tennis shoes. So, I really appreciated that.
Honestly, I feel like there's a huge opportunity for this Asics store to carry more tennis shoe models and wide sizes, as I went to Nike, Adidas, Fila, Lacoste, and Under Armour (I was desperate), and they all didn't carry any tennis shoes.”

“I went there looking for hiking boots. No luck. There was a large variety of shoes and boots but I was focused on finding hiking boots so i didn't notice prices. I would go back when the need for shoes hits me though to see if I can find anything in that large selection.”

What I didn't care for was the salesman asking if I needed any pairs for friends or family because of the buy 2 get 2 free, then paying for a bag, then asking to donate.

“My family shops here all the time especially during holidays. The store is clean, organized, and the sales wall always has good finds. I grabbed sneakers for my son and the prices were solid — not marked up, not messy, just easy to shop. Staff was cool, no pressure, and checkout was fast even with the weekend crowd.
