Once again they have changed their automated phone system so I was unable to find out the information that I was searching for so I stopped in the branch and asked for a list of deposits that were made to the account so I would know if I had received my state income tax refund after giving my ID and password for the account I was handed a print out unfortunately I didn't review it in the branch when I got home and reviewed it she had given me a copy of my statement without any deposits listed on it not what I requested I specifically requested a list of the deposits made into the account not a statement so aggravating and put the option back on the automated phone system to obtain the deposit information .
Stop making things so difficult and stop pushing for people to go to on line banking and charging to receive your monthly statements for your accounts and now charges to the automated phone system I am not a happy customer with all of these issues.
So much for the most convenient bank which you are no longer

Just had a terrible experience at TD Bank. I walked into the bank to open up a bank account with $785,000 and the girl wouldn't start the process of my application. Because I was missing a document. She was rude lazy and should be fired.

Very quick to open a new account. The only issue is we should’ve received copies of all the paperwork and we did not. The wait wasn’t long either, but we were not acknowledged when we walked in and waited.

I went here yesterday to open a new account and Jackie was so helpful! I had a lot of questions and concerns and Jackie went above and beyond to answer them all. I could tell she is passionate about what she does and that she really cared about me and my accounts. She made me feel reassured about everything and really went above and beyond. I could tell that TD bank really cares about their customers! I highly recommend this bank and her!!

They are the worst, it would be more efficient to go to a check cashing place then going here. I do not understand how they can be so slow or what the point is in having a bank account if they cannot cash checks in a timely manner. And they did not communicate with me because if so I would have gone to a different bank if I knew I have to wait longer than normal to cash a check written from a business. I can’t wait til the check clears and I can cancel all accounts after being a customer since 2018 I’ve had enough with their fees and poor service

I had an issue with TD bank and Robert the manager took care of it and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. It wasn't an issue with the branch but with the company and a policy of theirs. Customer service is key with all the choices we have and Robert provided it. Thank you!

I was at the Shrewsbury Ave (tinton Falls) drive through today to make a CASH deposit into my account. He wanted my bank code "for my protection!". Totally ridiculous! If anyone wants to deposit cash into my account they shouldn't hinder them!
