“The team at Fossil, specifically Marisol and John are INCREDIBLE. They helped me to make a purchase over the phone. They went above and beyond. This level of service just does not exist in retail anymore. The phone was answered the few times I called on first ring. They were both friendly, kind, and eager to help. Along with being good sales associates, I could tell they were good people. They didn’t have to help me to the level and caliber that they did today. I was very impressed and grateful.
