“I needed a recall completed on my Ram. Started off with an easy online appointment. When I showed up I was politely greeted and worked with Marc for the vehicle intake. I inquired about new tires and was pleasantly surprised to find cheaper prices for the same tires I was shopping at third party auto centers like Mavis and Pepboys. After intake, I waited in their very nice, comfortable, super clean waiting area while watching the news on large screen tv's. Complimentary coffee selections and wifi were a very nice touch. Finished the visual with Marc summarizing my vehicles status and walking me through check out. Great experience, thank you!”

“I am a local business owner. One of my trucks transmission went bad. We knew it was shot. We have never used Tranz, but knew they have been around for a long time growing up in Toms River. So instead of searching for a company that could replace the transmission, go out and get several estimates ect. We called Tranz first because as another local business we recognize if you have been established for a long time that says something right there. We were not disappointed. Brought our 2017 Silverado pick-up in on Monday, Bobby called us on Tuesday and told us what we already knew. We needed a new transmission. When we came in Monday he gave us an estimate of the cost if a new transmissions was needed. He was exactly at the pricing we anticipated and the final price was exactly in his estimate range. There was one thing we did not anticipate with Tranz Connection. Bobby told us on Tuesday after we gave approval that he would get right on it and we would have the truck back by Wednesday or Thursday. He called Wednesday afternoon and said it was finished. We are so thankful to get one of our company vehicles back and keep us rolling with basically zero delay. His shop is clean, meticulous and everything was well communicated throughout the process. I will be using Tranz Connection for my companies fleet going forward for all of our vehicle service and repairs.”

They called me within 30 minutes of making the appointment to tell me they did not have the tires, but could order them and have them there that day. Staff was professional and provided great communication from start to finish. My only complaint is they didn't set the tire pressure once they replaced them. My tires should be set at 33 psi, and I left with my tires ranging from 35- 40.”
