“Great job to the manager who was the only guy handling a line with about 7 people. A customer arrived at the store and complained that they needed more workers however he handled the chaos and that nasty guys attitude with grace. He deserves a promotion he help my mother in law with her rental rsvp very efficient.”

“I frequently rent vehicles from this Avis location, primarily for business travel, and the service has consistently been excellent. The staff is always professional, friendly, and efficient, making the rental process smooth every time. The vehicles are consistently clean, well-maintained, and reliable, and I have never experienced any issues. It is a pleasure working with a team that truly values customer service and professionalism. Thank you for always providing such a dependable experience.”

“After having a terrible experience at Avis/Budget in Point Pleasant, where they canceled our reservation without any advance notification, we gave the Toms River Budget agency a call. The woman was extremely helpful and had a car ready for us on short notice. She was empathetic with the situation that the Point Pleasant agency had put us through and even offered us a free upgrade. We were in and out very quickly and the woman there could not have been nicer. She even provided a phone charger to use for our trip free of cost.I highly recommend you rent your next car through Budget on Rt 37 in Toms River.”
