“After having a terrible experience at Avis/Budget in Point Pleasant, where they canceled our reservation without any advance notification, we gave the Toms River Budget agency a call. The woman was extremely helpful and had a car ready for us on short notice.She was empathetic with the situation that the Point Pleasant agency had put us through and even offered us a free upgrade.We were in and out very quickly and the woman there could not have been nicer. “Great job to the manager who was the only guy handling a line with about 7 people. A customer arrived at the store and complained that they needed more workers however he handled the chaos and that nasty guys attitude with grace. He deserves a promotion he help my mother in law with her rental rsvp very efficient.”
