Silver Bay Car Wash & Express Lube is a one stop shop for car wash and express lube services. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, quick, efficient, and great, doing a good job. Cars come out sparkly clean and pristine. The wash itself is very good and has gotten much better with new ownership. However, there is some customer dissatisfaction regarding pricing, which is confusing, and gift cards are not exactly accepted anymore. Some feel the business wants to sell monthly subscriptions, though the silver membership is noted as very affordable. A concern was raised about the potential removal of vacuums.

They always are so welcoming and more importantly they do an amazing job and are very thorough and quick with the oil changes. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. Staff are quick and efficient and let you know if they see any general issues you may need to take care of with an oil change. The car wash staff are great.
