“I was offered this body shop via an insurance claim and chose it because it was in close proximity to my home. The rep at Enterprise also said that his mother had brought her vehicle there and was satisfied so I took my chances and went with this body shop. I called ahead of time and spoke with Jeneen who was able to locate my claim and said she would prepare everything for my arrival. Upon arrival we were greeted by Jeneen who as promised had everything set up. They did a walk around my vehicle and then said they would call with a quote. I was called the next day with a detailed quote and was shocked at the cost of repair. It was quite less than what I expected which was a pleasant surprise considering everything else that was rising in cost. Although the insurance was paying the bill as the accident was not my fault I was still very happy that the cost was not astronomical. I was told the vehicle would be ready by the following Friday. Throughout the repair period I was emailed with updates and my car was ready 1 day ahead of schedule. I picked up my car and everything looked great. My only suggestion to this business to add an extra layer of customer satisfaction would be to have the outside of the car cleaned before returning it to the client. I know that it’s a body shop but returning a car to a client with dust and grime after repair is not ideal. I also had a rusty nail in my back tire which I can’t really determine was their fault but I didn’t have it there prior to the repair. Really small issues that don’t take away from the overall experience. I will most definitely return here if I need their services again.”

She was friendly, courteous, professional and expeditious getting the vehicle up on the truck and out. Texted me as promised when the vehicle was dropped off at the shop. Could not have asked for a better experience!”

“If you ever need a Class A diesel motorhome towed Alex at Accurate Towing does a fantastic job. If I ever need a tow in NJ I would not hesitate to call Accurate Towing Services. We have a 40 foot, 40,000 pound motorhome that needed a tow from Jackson Twp to Freehold NJ. I found Accurate Towing with. Google search and am I glad I did. Alex showed up with this huge rig and took close to an hour getting everything set correctly to safely tow the motorhome. He had to either disconnect the drive Saft or remove to axel to protect the transmission, which he did and he replaced it at the shop we went to. Alex even removed our generator exhaust pipe so it would not get bent. He was extremely careful and professional, working to get everything perfect tow. Once at the shop he positioned us so we were in a spot where the diesel mechanic could fix our issue.”
