Rutherford Appliance offered prices equal to the big box store and less than the manufacturer’s website (which was a great surprise) plus rebates. Received delivery the next week. “After getting every last drop of blood (including two rebuilds with the help of Weber’s impressive warranty) from my 2004 Weber Genesis I pulled the trigger on the Genesis S-435. There are plenty of businesses in and around Bergen County, NJ you can get grills, but no one matches customer service than Modern Propane in Lodi. They have full complement of grills from various companies, and more accessories than you could ever use. Dealing with owner Larry was a complete joy, even taking time to talk to me only when he was off from work. Salesman Doug was very responsive and always treated me well. Nominal fee for professional assembly, and courteous delivery, setup, and removal of my deceased grill was well worth it. Do yourself a favor and visit Modern Propane for all your grilling needs. When you finish with your visit, go to the other side of Route 46 and treat yourself to Hank’s Franks! I recommend the red onions.

“This was my first time using Rent-A-Center because I had relatives who were coming for the holidays and my ordered furniture wasn't going to arrive in time. I came to the Bloomfield Rent-A-Center and it exceeded my expectations. Not only are their prices reasonable but the service was exceptional. Courtney was courteous and accommodating. He saw to it that our furniture was delivered on time and when one piece of furniture was no longer needed he had no issues with refunding our money. The guys who brought the remaining furniture were just as nice and professional. They even removed and replaced a couple door handles from a door that interfered with getting the couch in. I certainly plan on using this place again for future rentals.”

“Everyone complains about poor service but I'd like to highlight some exceptionally good service.On November 4 I went to the Paramus NJ store to purchase foam insulation boards and rent a vehicle to transport them. First I signed up for the rental then went to purchase the product. I faced disappointment when the boards were not in the location they were supposed to be and store staff had to locate and them and bring them down from a high shelf. Then I had to check out the very bulky items. The process took time and I was on the rental clock. But what could have been a frustrating experience was turned pleasant by the friendly and helpful store staff. I was especially impressed with the tool/vehicle rental staff who noticed the purchase delay and reset the rental clock before I even asked (I was told it is policy to allow consideration for purchase time but the staff tracked it without me having to make a fuss). Now it looks like I'll need to purchase a dishwasher soon. Paramus HD is now #1 on my shopping list!(BTW I got an email for the survey but I was busy, and before I had a chance to fill it in, the survey expired. Seems to expire after 7 days - not enough time for people busy with their projects!)”
