When save a lot first open I was disappointed, no workers and the stuff was their own brand and was not for this diverse community. The new save a lot have brand name and definitely has more fruit and veggies. Also varieties of rice and products use by our community. “I love this store. The same people have been running it for years, I think. They moved from another location in Passaic to 177 Passaic St, Passaic, NJ 07055 this past February. I plugged the new location into my GPS, and it took me for a really stupid loop. But alas, I found it and it’s super easy! And they have an easy parking lot. It’s on the corner of Passaic St and Market St.My cousin turned me and my Mom on to the store years ago. My Mom always liked going there because they have such a unique selection, and the store was organized and everyone so nice. I don’t know how many stores they have in total, but I know it’s not a major chain. It seems like a really well run family business. I’m so excited to bring my Mom back to the store over the holidays. They have easy parking and handicapped parking right out in front.Will give another report after our visit. Happy holidays”

“Selection has improved and they have a lot of school uniforms. The quality is good and some items are the same as found in Kohls and some of the other big name stores but the prices are lower here. Good place to find reasonable jackets, jeans, sweat suits and pajamas. Also have fruit of the loom and Hanes underwear. Toys, body wash/soap, lotion, jewelry and hair accessories are also available and during the Halloween season they have costumes. Shoes are available too (not Nikes or anything…basics, slippers, uniform shoes). They have brands like US Polo and Phat Farm if you are still into that.”

“Bersin was absolutely outstanding. First off, I must say the Wayne location on MTVW BLVD is super clean! I had my hands full with stuff because as everyone says, “I only came here for one thing.” I was approached by Bersin and she asked me if I needed a basket, I said no (Unconfidently) and she brought me one anyway. I ended up actually needing a basket because I grabbed more things. She then checked me out and was super fast. All of the employees there are awesome and it shows! They also have a huge selection of holiday items. :)”

“I saw a Christmas figurine that I wanted to buy for my wife and surprise her with it for Christmas. I went back this morning, and only one figurine was left and it was damaged. The nice salesperson at the back of the store offered to check the storeroom for me, and she spent ten minutes looking through the stock in the storeroom. She was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, she couldn't find another one, so she told me to take the damaged one to the cashier and see if they would offer a discount. The young man at the register, Derek, was the model of what a helpful employee should be. He paged a manager, and waited patiently while the transaction was taken care of. Each employee I dealt with was helpful, and courteous. I will certainly be going back to this Marshall's in the future.”
