I called them and was instructed to email over my artwork and needs for my project. I did so and within a day or so, I had a quote and proof to approve. I approved the proof and in less than 1 week, I had the decals in my hands. The customer support, through email as well as on the phone were great and made for an easy transaction.”

Him and his team were very accommodating on timing and working around issues that came up during the receipt of the signage and during the install due to issues with the building itself. A stressful situation was quickly put at ease as they took time to problem solve and determine the best solution for the situation. The install ended up looking great and I will definitely be using them for more installs in the area.”
“I needed to come here to print out my shipping labels. I had a problem on the app I answered up, finishing it up on my app, but they printed out the shipping label for me . To print shipping and labels here is free, which I was surprised at that. No one really had any knowledge about the application for FedEx, but I was able to figure it out myself. They have computers here to do things through FedEx but they charge you. I did everything through my phone”

If the online portal doesn’t work, I’ve always just sent the request through email and they get it done. Usually I have the same special requests and the portal doesn’t always allow these special requests. But, Barbara always remembers the different jobs I send over and doesn’t even have to look at my special requests: she just knows. Sometimes, she even knows better than I do what I actually want! lol! The jobs are always perfection and they are completed with a quick turnaround time. If I need something urgently, they are always willing to try to help me out when possible. And if that wasn’t enough, it is ALWAYS service with a smile.
