“This place was fantastic! I blew a tire on my travel trailer on the Thruway And I was towed to Mahwah To a tire place that was supposed to have what I needed. When we got there, they didn’t and I called at least a dozen local tire places with zero success. I called this place and the guy was so helpful although he did not have the exact tire I needed. He was able to sell me another one that was very similar. I ended up buying two which meant I needed to drive back to my trailer. Install the one tire bring the trailer back to him to install the second tire. The place stayed open an hour later for a complete stranger and saved my family vacation!!!! Had it not been for them my travel Trailer would have been sitting in the middle of a grocery store parking lot certainly overnight. My food would have spoiled and we never would have been able to get back on the road the same evening. Good people still exist! Luckily I live pretty local and will be using them from here on out!”
“I had a fabulous experience at Mavis. Not only did they fix my car exactly as they said they would, they outsmarted a previous mechanic who could not figure out the problem. When I drove away, there was a bit of a noise, so I drove back, and they fixed something they thought was too tight. They also fixed some other small cosmetic things on the car that I did not even ask for. It was a lovely experience.”

“Silver star Alloy wheel repair did an amazing job on my Tesla model 3 wheels. They were all bent due to potholes most likely from this past winter and now the car drives like it was brand new. By telling me his honest assessment of what he has in stock, he basically lost a potential sale because it is not what I need. He could’ve lied, manipulated or even tried to bs me in a way to get a sale (like my previous experience)

“Exceptional experience at this Mavis location in Lodi. Mike was AMAZING! I was on 80 East heading home to LI, two kids in car, my tire light went on. I looked up closest Mavis. I pulled in, Mike helped me immediately, came out to the car, checked my tires, was honest and did not try to rip me off. He physically showed me what was wrong, checked inventory for a new tire which they didn’t have but assured me I was safe to drive home to Long Island and checked my air pressure. I offered him a little tip for being so nice, helpful and thorough but he refused it. He told me to get home safe. That to me is definition of exceptional customer service.
I highly recommend that Mavis and Mike is an amazing manager!”

“10/10 service! I called Totowa Tire when I was about 10 minutes away because I needed a very specific run-flat tire that no one else had in stock — including the big-name tire shops. They told me they could get it delivered, and by the time I arrived, the tire was already in house and they started working on it right away.
If you need a tire and need it fast, call Cherie — she will take care of you! Amazing service, extremely helpful, and they got me back on the road quickly.
