The front office was quick and clear in communication and checking in (great guy who's name I didn't get). “I have been bringing my 1986 Jeep CJ7 to Jeff for the last year now and he is great. He first installed new steering as well as new lines. Then new exhaust. He also just did a complete brake and front end rebuild, brakes & lines, rotors, bearings, hubs as well as new motor/transmission mounts. Jeff is professional and honest. He is also very good at his trade and I never worry about the work performed. I would recommend Jeff to anyone looking to have good work done to their new or Classic cars.”

It's essentially the only way to air your grievances & possibly reach someone higher up the chain of command.
