“I had an excellent experience with an international package with Ms. Deja on Monday. She helped write out the custom form for me when I have a shaky hand and explained the process. She even helped me tape the box when she had an injured hand.
She went above and beyond. I think she is really helpful and empathetic if you ask for the help. She always does her best to ensure great quality service and I had to finally thank her for all her kindness.
Thank you so much.”
“I’ve been coming to this Post Office Monday through Friday for the past 10 years, and the improvement over the last few months has been incredible. Since the new Postmaster, Ms. Masia, stepped in, everything runs so much more efficiently.
Ms. Soniya at the counter is fantastic—always friendly, helpful, and welcoming with a smile. It really makes a difference when you’re there regularly.
Another huge bonus is the newly designated parking specifically for the post office, which makes visits even more convenient.
It’s clear there’s been a positive change here, and it’s very much appreciated!”
“Had such an amazing experience with this post office thanks to Telisha! The post office is not even the local office for my address but she still was super helpful to me. My local post office was closed on Saturday and she helped me in a stressful situation. She took down my information in case the package did come back to her location. This morning, Telisha gave me a call to let me know South Hackensack had loaded it on the truck and it would be delivered today. She went above and beyond to help me and I’m very grateful for her amazing customer service!”
“My fiance and I just got our passport done today the whole office is extremely friendly another woman and Scott helps us out so much! They made the process extremely easy!! Thank you Scott!!”
“Boy are we SOOO lucky in Glen Rock to have the rock star veterans we do at the USPS. Nancy is a gem that could never in a million years be replaced. Mercredi and Ruben are friendly, knowledgable and professional. All are great at what they do. Oh, and we love Shawn, our postal carrier too!”
“Never had any issues in this post office stuff was grate , best post office around the north Jersey. If you have problem here it’s not them its you or your products. I have been in so many post offices around NJ this one is the best on service.”
“This is my new favorite post office. Every time I go in I am treated with courtesy and outstanding customer service. I am especially grateful to Barbara who consistently goes above and beyond. Really fantastic post office with an old-time feel to it. A+++”
“Post offices usually don’t have the nicest staff so what can you expect. However, Aaliyah is by far the nicest and most patient person ever. She made the experience a whole lot better. Shipment process was seamless thanks to her!”

“We came to the Little Ferry USPS on a Saturday to get fingerprinted for a background check because my wife and I both work during the weekdays and don’t really have time then.
At first, another employee started processing our information, but after realizing it was Saturday, stopped and told us fingerprinting normally isn’t done on Saturdays and asked us to come back during the week. We understood and were about to leave.
Then an employee named Aisha stepped in and kindly said she would help us anyway. She was extremely patient, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. With a young child and busy schedules, her willingness to help us that day meant a lot.
I normally don’t leave reviews, but her kindness and customer service truly stood out. Thank you again, Aisha!”
“Truly the best experience at a Post Office. EVERYONE who was working today 4/14/26 at 2pm was amazing and wonderful. This visit made my day and Cheers to the VC PO, a great culture has been created! I will make the drive from Nanuet for sure. :)”
“The women who work here are the kindest and most patient employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with at a post office. I will never use my local post offices again because this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. They helped me use up old postage I ordered incorrectly so I could mail several packages without wasting it or buying new stamps. They were patient and kind and pleasant with everyone. We had a lovely conversation while they helped me and I honestly can’t say enough nice things. Best post office in the COUNTY!!! Thank you and muita obgridada a meu amiga nova, who even practiced Portuguese with me! ❤️❤️”
“I’ve been coming here for a while now. The counter people are super nice. The rest…. We’ll USPS is my last choice with any packages. They lie and pass the buck with the worst of them. I sent an overnight package cross country and the carrier ON VIDEO went to the door, looked around and left. No notice, knock or doorbell. The same carrier came back the next morning, signed my clients name (incorrectly) and dropped it in the mail box. They denied me a refund with no explanation. I have the cure… it’s ongoing ???”

“Happy to find a USPS open late and appreciate that it’s two courteous and friendly employees. Thanks Abdul! Didn’t get the name of the woman working with him but she was so helpful to the customers too. I feel this is rare in USPS nowadays so that was refreshing and appreciated. Thank you!”
“I have to say, this is one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. This was my second visit to this location, and Chris was just as helpful and kind as before. His positive energy makes the whole experience so much better. Truly appreciate the excellent service”

321 NY-59, Tallman
Post Offices
“Amazing experience. USPS lost a very important document. The Tallman postmaster, Baird, went out of his way to help track the document by emailing numerous times the facility where it was lost. After many days, he wrote a letter and sent the copies of my documents to the party it was originally intended, and explained the situation after taking full responsibility on behalf of the US Postal Service. He was a real gentleman! Tried solving the problem as if it was his document that was lost!”
“A guy named Richard was super helpful and very nice!!! He speaks Spanish as well. I haven’t made many returns before but Richard was so helpful and patient with helping me!”
“Best post office ever! Just renewed our daughter’s passport, and the postal agent is amazing! A true gentleman, and beyond friendly and kind. You forget that people like him exist in the world.”
“I do not think I've ever encountered a U.S. postal service with 5 stars. I was curious and in the area so visited this location, and was impressed. It's in a cute area, across the street from a cafe. The post office was clean, and not busy whatsoever. Also, the mail clerk who helped me was kind, helpful, and professional. Definitely recommend this post office if you are in the area and in need of shipping.”
“I love this post office. I drive out from NYC periodically and I save up my packages to send out whenever I’m in town here just so I can go to this location and avoid the hassle at every single post office in the city. Everyone is friendly here, there’s never a line, and even though it’s a small location with only a few parking spots up front there’s additional parking in the back and it’s never crowded. I always just get in and get out stress free.”
“Efficient and courteous service no matter what day or time I go. The staff is always friendly despite the demands of the unrealistic expectations of some clientele who clearly demonstrate their lack of consideration for others. It hasn’t always been this way. Thank you and God bless all the Suffern post office workers!”
“I went to the Pearl River post office to renew my passport. Steve gave me the forms to fill out and told me what I needed to complete the process. When I came back he took the needed pictures. He couldn’t have been nicer. He was kind, communicative and competent. He made a stressful task easy. Thank you Steve!”
“These folks are trying as hard as they can to be helpful and pleasant. I see from other reviews that there were some tough times at the PO. Clearly, whatever occurred has had impact and has been repaired. Well done.”

“Whether busy time of year or a slow day, there is always a buzz going on here. Parking can be a little rough, depending on time of day and season, there usually is plenty. There are a few businesses so it can get a little hectic. The place is clean, looks safe, and the area is not bad. It is used to drop off and pick up items, send certified mail, there are mail boxes, and you can buy stamps, amonh othrr services. I've been using this place for YEARS (since I was a child) and I can't really complain because I know it's a vusy place and there is a lot of business going on. I suggest planning on going NOT during peak times and you should be fins. Enjoy!”

“650 Kinderkamack River Edge Nj: Postmaster and the crew is doing a wonderful job at this post office. They are working very efficiently and they treat the customers with such a positive attitude. I visit there very often even sometimes on a daily basis, so it is important to see polite people who are also on top of their job.”
“This place is quiet convenient and the workers don’t drag their feet. I’m happy with this place considering this side of Teaneck gets nothing. The people in this area of Teaneck are known to be pretty self centered and mean. With that said leave my boy alone he been there since before i was old enough to care about mail. Also we get this rinky dink usps while cedar lane side has a nice one. This side of teaneck doesnt even get anything so im not tryna lose this usps cuz yall cranky and inappreciative.”
“I would like to thank the employee (sorry did not get a name) and the supervisor for arranging delivery of the package that was incorrectly addressed to 40 Andrea Lane rather than 70; they took care of this situation immediately and the package was safely delivered.”
