“The Store looks beautiful, visited on December 1. The staff is extremely helpful and professional. Very impressed with all the advances made by Barnes and Noble in the past three years. Hamilton was always a wonderful store and it is even better now.”
“Absolutely wonderful book shop, definitely a gem in Yardley. They have such a perfectly curated variety of books for adults and kids, it is a book lover’s paradise. I will be repeat customer for sure.”

“I went in to purchase some gifts for my 4-year-old granddaughter. The woman who helped me was very knowledgeable and resourceful. I had been told this was the place to go. She listened to my my thoughts, issues and concerns and we agreed on a couple of presents. Additionally, she helped ensure that the presence got there on time. I highly recommend this store!”
“A huge selection of paper calendars and mainstream toys/games that do not require mastery of Mandarin by the age of 3. I applaud the contrarian instincts of any Princeton outpost that specializes in Hot Wheels, toy guns and action figures. Not the playthings of elite academia but certainly provoking a worthy smirk just by being there. Given their inventory, how they pay the rent in this progressive playpen is anyone's guess but needless to say, I'm beyond curious. For that bedeviled tyke who's in desperate need of a plastic AK-47 for show and tell in the gifted language program. Five easy stars.”
“This bookstore is a cultural treasure and if I had written a review a year or so ago, it would have had a solid five star rating. I've deducted one star because in recent months they've drastically downgraded their selection of books in foreign languages. The large section upstairs has been replaced by a tiny selection downstairs among the used and rare books. I was told that they are not phasing out the foreign language section but it does seem pretty anemic at the present time. Sad that, even in a town such as Princeton, readers are depressingly monolingual.
That said, the bookstore is a wonderful place for browsing. They constantly bring in new books of high quality and the used books are most interesting and various. You never know what might turn up.
The staff are friendly and if they do not have a book in stock, they will make an effort to find a copy for you.
In these post-literate times, Labyrinth is an invaluable resource.”
“I was hosted at the Barnes and Noble in Princeton, New Jersey for a book signing. The event went very well, but I left behind a carry-all. B&N contacted me and returned it via the post at no charge. I call that exceptional customer service.”
“I have my reasons to give it the 5 stars. Maybe going in hopefully you'll find your reasons to rate it as you would. Staff and product variety amongst the top reasons for the rating.”
“Really great booksellers with tons of hidden treasures. Make sure you watch the video on their website so you don’t miss out! They’ve got books and movies galore. Check out their site too. Staffed by amazingly nice people. I’ll be back for sure!”
“If you are looking for the newest romances you saw on an app, I am happy to say that this place will not provide. Walking in, I was happy to see a large collection of older books, and found that they seemed to curate a collection of less common books, with a good mix of both new and old. The prices are fantastic for what they have, and while not everything even fits on the shelves, they also have cases of collectible versions of some things. My husband and I happily walked out with a handful of things all on the older side to add to our home library, and we are looking forward to making regular stops in to see what they get in.”
“There was a older gentleman man in the store in the center of the store on the first floor. I wish I remember his name, he was excellent. Very nice and definitely a hard worker older white male.”
“I really enjoyed the opportunity to speak with John Kennedy. What’s interesting is that we share a lot of similar values and stories. The customer service at this book store was outstanding and so helpful. My wife and I are looking forward to reading this book. God bless!!”

“I recently had the privilege of attending ANJEC's 50th Environmental Congress, a landmark event that brought together environmental enthusiasts, policymakers, and community members to discuss critical environmental issues facing New Jersey and beyond. The 50th Environmental Congress is a testament to the organization's unwavering commitment to protecting our environment and fostering a sustainable future for New Jersey.”
“Total home run. The business hours are brief, but if you get a chance to stop by when they are open, this is a gem of a mystery book store. Neat as a pin, and nicely laid out, you could spend an hour pouring through their selection. As the saying goes, I bet you couldn’t buy just one!No way you can go wrong.”
“Pretty good place to get books and other things like shirts, Sweatshirts and other clothing items. Depending on the day you will have a better time. Sometimes staff is a little assertive and disrespectful but that's with every company. Overall. Good.”
“Video booths are great but not always busy. I’ve seen condoms in there so I know there is action. Hoping the next time I go I have plenty of time to find out”
“Amazing service! Also I was able to find a game I’ve been having trouble looking for. I can’t remember the name but the cashier with the long hair was so kind and helpful too.”
“Ah, Barnes & Noble - the land of infinite books and the occasional overpriced coffee. It's the perfect place to spend a lazy afternoon, browsing through the shelves and pretending to be intellectual. Walking through the doors, I was greeted by the overwhelming smell of paper and ink. It's like a bookstore air freshener on steroids. But hey, I'm not complaining. I love the smell of a good book as much as the next person. As I perused the stacks, I couldn't help but feel like a kid in a candy store. So many books, so little time (and money). And let's not forget about the fancy bookmarks and journals that I don't need but must have. It's a dangerous game, my friends. But then there's the cafe. Ah, the cafe. The place where you can spend $5 on a cup of coffee and feel like a sophisticated member of society. It's the perfect spot to people-watch and eavesdrop on conversations that are far more interesting than your own. Overall, Barnes & Noble is a great place to get lost in the world of literature and spend way too much money on things you don't need. And who knows, you might even learn something along the way (but let's not get too crazy).”
“Books, books, and more books. A wonderful and welcoming atmosphere. I love how they give back to the community in many ways including giving smaller, perhaps unknown, groups the opportunity to use their space to socialize, engage in reciprocity of thought, and have fun. Kudos to Classics Books and Gifts!”
