Cartlidge's Quality Meats is a retail butcher shop and a staple of the Trenton Farmers Market, run by the same people for years. They specialize in high quality, farm fresh meats, sourcing products from local processors. The quality and selection of products are outstanding and extensive, featuring the best meats in town including all varieties of turkey and beef, amazing thick cut bacon, and pristine pieces of meat. Customers are happy with the quality and price. The shop also carries other items like homemade red bliss potato salad, other salads, chicken pot pies, Lancaster brand imports, and local honey. During the Holiday Season, their Pumpkin Bread is exceptional. The staff is courteous and provides great customer service. If you don't see what you want, you can ask and they will cut it fresh. Credit cards are accepted. This butcher shop is a pillar of the market and not to be overlooked.
Their meats are very fresh. I love the pork hot Italian sausage and Applewood bacon, fresh turkey wings. They have a very nice selection of fresh meats and sauces.
