The store was neatly put together. The manager called for the monthly meeting tying up all the associates but it was nice to see that managers still bothered with store meetings.”
“It was our first time, Sarah was amazing and so patient in getting my wife and my shoes. The scan and walking test were great and they emailed us the results. We were able to take our time to try multiple shoes as well as different insoles. Sarah was so patient and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend!”
“It was my first time shopping for shoes here and I have found my new store for shoes as long as this place is open. The customer service was impeccable. No other shoe store has this same kind of service today. I really felt as if I stepped back to 1980 when the shoe salesman would sit you down, measure your feet, take the shoes out put the shoes on and tie them for you. It is amazing customer service and hopefully they will be around for many years to come. All the reviews on here are exactly what I experienced today. I normally do not leave reviews but this place

“Every holiday season I go to Dogwood to purchase my son a new skateboard. I have no clue about skateboards but know it’s important to my son.
And every year the owner helps me purchase everything that is needed.
Unfortunately I don’t know his name but he’s kind, patient and extremely helpful. I’ll never go anywhere else to purchase a skateboard.

“Nordstrom Rack is one of my favorite local stops when I need a little retail therapy. The shoe section is dangerous in the best way — I always find amazing pairs for myself and my kiddos. The clothing quality is fantastic for the prices, and the sunglasses selection is seriously top-notch.”
“I was looking for new pickleball /tennis shoes. Limited selection, but I found a perfect fit Coco Gauff signature series. Much better than the 696v6 shoe I recently purchased and returned. The 696v6 were difficult to step into and tie. The Coco Gauff shoes fit like my old NB shoes that I wore for years. NB Princeton sales person was attentive and professional. Good store.”

“I came into DSW , with one mission to get shoe shine for my leather shoes. I wanted the all colors instant shine sponge. When I came in I looked in the exact spot where there supposed to be and it wasn’t there.
I then proceeded to ask the employee at the register if there another location they may be located or if she can check in back to see if there is anymore. She said very sharply and quickly “Where you looked is only what we have floor and there is none in the back “, without even confirming on the computer to see how much they may have on hand.

I sat down at the entrance bench and proceed to attempt to order online. Then Paul the store manager, came just in time before I checked out online , greeted to me and asked how I was doing.
My past encounters with Paul always have me leaving DSW with amazing experience. I was glad to see him and I knew from the past of I ask he would attempt to help me no matter how small or big the item is.
When I asked him the same question, without hesitation he said let me check in the back. He checked and found a few. Since he found the item I was looking for , I asked can I get 2 more. Honestly I just I just needed one but because he actually looked in back and found one , and made my experience go from bad to amazing. I said let me buy 2 more.
Paul is a great guy and he always go above and beyond for his customers. I may not always come to get shoes but when I come in and Paul is there ; i know my experience will be a great one. Thank you again Paul for making my customer experience amazing and keep me coming back.”

“I just learned that Nike products are NOT included in any promos like the bogo deal. The woman that checked me out said nike wouldnt agree to send them shoes if they had to comply with the promos ?. So hopefully this is helpful to others to know before you go. ?

“This location's map marker is wrong, tried to fix it. The shop is located in the Mercer Mall, at Shoprite's row, almost at the end in direction to Dress For Less. The shop is large with lots of clothes. They sell Carter's, Oshkosh, Bgosh, SkipHop and the other connected brands. They also provide pickup services for online orders. Since they located in Mercer Mall, the parking is not an issue.”

I was looking for something very specific that I found on the footlocker app and I thought it was in the store and I was swiftly greeted and attended to by Bri. It was obvious that I looked lost and needed help and Bri took initiative to explain how to use the app and also provided me options. Without hesitation my request was successful thanks to Bri. Definitely recommend doing your holiday shopping at this footlocker and ask for Bri. And the Cashier Yeilen was very nice and helpful too.”

“One of the best selection of shoes available in-person in the area, and the workers are always more than happy to help with whatever is needed to find what you're looking for. The store has an ESPN tv and a Disney JR tv too to keep family busy while others shop. Orders can be made in store where in-person stock is lacking and shipping is usually only a couple/few business days. If you're ever unsure on hours, they do answer the phone regularly for assistance and can even check stock at multiple locations for you <3”

The clothes are cheaply made for the most part. At this price point I would expect skirts snd dresses to at least have lining. But that’s no news. I’m happy with the one dress I purchased thanks to the amazing sales assistant.”

“I’m not sure why there’s so many bad reviews because multiple employees were welcoming and kind, others were busy which is to be expected. I had a pickup order and it was very quick and simple. The employee even made sure to show me the shoe sizes to make sure they were correct. The store was very organized and had a nice selection of items to choose from.”
