The store was neatly put together. The manager called for the monthly meeting tying up all the associates but it was nice to see that managers still bothered with store meetings.”
“It was our first time, Sarah was amazing and so patient in getting my wife and my shoes. The scan and walking test were great and they emailed us the results. We were able to take our time to try multiple shoes as well as different insoles. Sarah was so patient and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend!”
“It was my first time shopping for shoes here and I have found my new store for shoes as long as this place is open. The customer service was impeccable. No other shoe store has this same kind of service today. I really felt as if I stepped back to 1980 when the shoe salesman would sit you down, measure your feet, take the shoes out put the shoes on and tie them for you. And every year the owner helps me purchase everything that is needed.
Unfortunately I don’t know his name but he’s kind, patient and extremely helpful. I’ll never go anywhere else to purchase a skateboard.

“I was looking for new pickleball /tennis shoes. Limited selection, but I found a perfect fit Coco Gauff signature series. Much better than the 696v6 shoe I recently purchased and returned. The 696v6 were difficult to step into and tie. The Coco Gauff shoes fit like my old NB shoes that I wore for years. NB Princeton sales person was attentive and professional. Good store.”
“Nordstrom Rack is one of my favorite local stops when I need a little retail therapy. The shoe section is dangerous in the best way — I always find amazing pairs for myself and my kiddos. The clothing quality is fantastic for the prices, and the sunglasses selection is seriously top-notch.”

“This location's map marker is wrong, tried to fix it. The shop is located in the Mercer Mall, at Shoprite's row, almost at the end in direction to Dress For Less. The shop is large with lots of clothes. They sell Carter's, Oshkosh, Bgosh, SkipHop and the other connected brands. They also provide pickup services for online orders. Since they located in Mercer Mall, the parking is not an issue.”

“I just learned that Nike products are NOT included in any promos like the bogo deal. The woman that checked me out said nike wouldnt agree to send them shoes if they had to comply with the promos ?. So hopefully this is helpful to others to know before you go. ?

“One of the best selection of shoes available in-person in the area, and the workers are always more than happy to help with whatever is needed to find what you're looking for. The store has an ESPN tv and a Disney JR tv too to keep family busy while others shop. Orders can be made in store where in-person stock is lacking and shipping is usually only a couple/few business days. If you're ever unsure on hours, they do answer the phone regularly for assistance and can even check stock at multiple locations for you <3”

The clothes are cheaply made for the most part. At this price point I would expect skirts snd dresses to at least have lining. But that’s no news. I’m happy with the one dress I purchased thanks to the amazing sales assistant.”

“I’m not sure why there’s so many bad reviews because multiple employees were welcoming and kind, others were busy which is to be expected. I had a pickup order and it was very quick and simple. The employee even made sure to show me the shoe sizes to make sure they were correct. The store was very organized and had a nice selection of items to choose from.”
