“I would be remised if I did not leave a review for my Service Advisor Eric Churn) and mechanic (David Ricker) team. I have had my car in for service multiple times for the same issue to NO AVAIL of fixing the problem. On 28 October 2025 I brought my car in for service for the fourth time for the SAME issue of hesitation as well as the check engine light on while driving my vehicle. Since I didn't have an appointment, I was referred to Eric Churn. I explained the same thing to Eric that I had explained to every other service advisor. Between Eric relaying the information to the mechanic understanding my concerns and making the repair my car has not run better since I had it. I am happy it ONLY needed two sensors and NOT a "new transmission" as I was previously told. I took so long to write this review to ensure the vehicle continued to run well. I have had my vehicle back in for service BUT NOT for this issue again. I tend to keep my vehicles for a long time so making sure it's fixed properly the first time is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO ME. THANK YOU ERIC CHURN AND DAVID RICKER for fixing my vehicle while it was in your care AAAA++++ to you both.”
“Best customer service, in and out. Updated probably no need. Luck of the draw lol my 2025 Chevy traverse has been having issues with the motherboard, onstar can’t connect to the internet. Besides the fact; I have been in and out of the dealership. They have been the best. We can’t blame the manufacturer for defects or recalls but the team on the ground can be thanked. “My wife & I have been looking for a car for myself for quite some time. So, we've had our fair share of experiences at several different dealerships before driving down to Turnersville Acura. Let me just say, we had a fabulous experience. Our sales guy, Bob, was great. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We came in to look at two vehicles and he was able to tell me exactly what was different with each one. He was easy to talk to and didn't make up feel rushed or pressured to pick something right then and there. When I choose the one I wanted, he then helped me set up my sound system and bluetooth (which was very helpful coming from a 16 year old car). He also went through all the buttons and settings and showed me what everything was! AND even put a big red bow on for me!!! which was very sweet! 10/10 experience!!!”
