“I thought the overall service was excellent. I would definitely use them again for my RDX Acura. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. The snacks were good and the place was clean and the wait time was reasonable. However I made my appointment through an automated phone system and I specifically inquired about state inspections and emissions and didn't realize NJ didn't do them until the representative reminded me so I received maintenance services and had to go somewhere else for my state stickers.”

There was a process to follow due to the warranty of the car. In the end the engine was replaced and all is good now. Even had a little glitch after we got the car back and Charlie was right on it to have it looked at and corrected. My daughter and I are very thankful to Charlie and the Hyundai service team who fixed the car.”

“Routine maintenance service took over an hour and a half. The one complaint I would make is that my vehicle remained parked in the exit area for over 15 minutes before I was notified that service was completed.”
