“I have been to this Truist Bank location in West Deptford several times. There is a teller there and her name is Carol and she is great! I have been there while she has had to help people with problems and she always helps them. I have had no problems since BB&T changed to Truist. The change was easy. I also use the branch in Mullica Hill and going there has worked well too. The tellers there are also good and I’m sure they could help with any problem but as I said initially Carol is exceptional.”

I also spoke with Amanda Webb, a loan officer, who provided exceptional assistance. “Today I was in a panic someone hacked my card and my funds were all frozen it was 11:53am 7 minutes till closing I’m come in frazzled and the two most wonderful employees the teller named Silvia who got me a water and made sure we would figure it out, when then she got the manager Jeremy who sat on hold on the phone for me for almost 35 mins to get me a new card and to make sure I left with it all handled. They didn’t make me feel like a burden I feltHorrible keeping them after hours they stayed and hour or more past their time just to make sure I was good. I’m so grateful for this branch and most of all for it being those two people being there. I can’t say enough how kind and courteous they were. Thank you both again! “I needed a banker with local branches. My mother and mother-in-law have been very satisfied with Chase so I selected them. It turns out the Personal Banker I opened the account with was a neighbor of mine! Because I already had a Chase Amazon Visa, opening the checking account was very easy. Sergio gave me a tour of the account's features and benefits and I made my initial deposit with the app I installed on my phone. Very smooth and painless process all around. I also appreciate that the Premier Plus checking account is fee free to veterans and other applicants!”

I stopped into the Gloucester City branch on my way from work and was helped by Meghna. She resubmitted my name change and even escalated the issue. Not even an hour after leaving the bank, Meghna called to tell me that my name had been updated. I greatly appreciate the help she provided and am happy she was able to rectify the situation.”

We enjoyed our experience so much we felt moved to leave a review!We used to live in Jersey but recently moved to Philly , we visited Two TDs in Philly which did not assist us in the least. We called and spoke to jasmine who already sounded warm and welcoming over the phone about coming in and she even created our appointment without us even asking. We finally arrived and were greeted shortly after by Jasmine. She helped my partner quickly and efficiently to open a new account. She was knowledgeable and put us onto new perks which benefitted me and him. We both now have TD so this information was so helpful. She truly brings out the convenience advertised in the slogan. Just wanted to leave this review for her since she turned our wild morning into a reassuring experience. In closing, my partner successfully opened his account and she assisted us like we were old friends. She deserves recognition and I recommend her to all!”
