“I loved this store. It was neat and Clean just like the J Crew stores. The selection was good. It had a mix of summer and fall merchandise. Most of the summer merch was on sale! I purchased T shirt dresses which are super comfy. The prices aren't really outlet prices but a bit cheaper than the regular store.”

“Stopped in there to make an online return, looked around and had got some new items. When doing my exchange at the register I had told the women I wanted to order a new size skirt. She had told me their system had 1 in the store of the new size I was looking for. She had asked the other associate if she could look for it she brought up two different skirts both with the new size I was looking to get. I tired on both skirts, while in the fitting room the lady brought me one more to try that she found. It was exactly the one I was looking for. Huge huge thank you to the two kind associates going above and beyond in customer service!! Very much appreciated!”

“I thought the store was bright and welcoming, however very inconvenient when coupon information was not in the system that was earned. I think employee could have done more to assist instead of referring us to call customer service. She told us if we called customer service and got the coupon problem straightened out we would have to bring all the items back along with discount info to have coupon applied. May not visit again for a long time.”

“Wow, everyone there is very helpful and is always a stop for us when we go to the "Gloucester Premium Outlets" You find most of clothes that you need for the children in your life. If you can't find it during your visit, they will put it on their list and call you when it arrives or will call around to their other stores in the area to locate them. “I went early in the afternoon during the week, so it wasn't super crowded. I was able to try on a few things, and the attendant in there made sure things were clean and ran smoothly. Once at the register, the wait wasn't very long as there were 2 cashiers. They both seemed friendly and worked as quickly as they could to help get us out in a timely manner. If in the area, i would shop at that store again.”

“This outlet mall is the prettiest one I have been to, with a fountain, open space and benches u can enjoy relaxing on. The stores are well maintained both inside and out. All the standard outlet mall designers are represented here. There are plenty of deals to be had. A Yelp check in gets you a coupon book in return. The food court could be better. This is a great place to shop going to/from the Jersey shore.”

“nice selection of stores. i went this past weekend where i visited the cosmetic company store which offered tom ford products at an amazing price. also, it's a bonus having little vendors outside. for example, there was a cinnamon glazed nut stand where i bought some pecans which were yummy. was pretty busy, and overall the whole area is pretty well kept / clean”

“Went last week with all 3 of my kids hoping to pick up Halloween costumes. They had a huge selection of varied sizes and in great condition. Ended up getting shoes, hoodies and some pants with 15% off on Tuesday. Staff were super friendly and helpful and bathroom in the store on site was a lifesaver for my youngest. I have been to both this location and Maple Shade. This store seemed to have a larger selection of shoes and costumes than Maple Shade location. Will definitely come here again.With regard to buying, I sold 30 items for $43. Every bit helps. I don’t have time to post and sell on online places like FB marketplace, eBay etc. I appreciate their explanation in what they buy and time in sorting through the items I brought.”
“I came to this store in search of a veil for my daughter to wear with her communion dress. I showed the owner a picture of the dress and she knew exactly what dress it was and brought it over for me to hold up next to the veils I was looking at. The owner knows a lot about her inventory and the designers that create the beautiful dresses in her boutique. She explained to me that the designer slightly changed the color of the dress over the years. She recommended I come back with the dress I had so that I could match the veil perfectly. She also gave recommendations on veils she thought would go well with the dress when I came back to the store. This was very helpful as I am not always great at making a decision. It was a pleasure talking with her and seeing the passion she shares for the inventory she sells in her store. I highly recommend stopping in if you are looking for a dress or suit for your child's special event!”
