“Needed new muffler and new brackets for the rusted parts. Time took a little longer but Needed a part they didn't have so ordered new piece. When it arrived Time was no longer a issue. Everything was newly arranged and better than the original. Work was impressive and thus far doing great.”

“I recently moved to the area and was looking for a reputable and fairly priced mom and pop shop. All of the positive reviews are spot on. From my first call to actually bringing my car into the shop, I was treated with respect and the man over the phone and in the shop was friendly. They let me sit and wait for my car because I had no other option, even though I wasn't listed as a wait. They put a sticker for my next oil change on the windshield and had a little mat down to protect the driver's side floor. A full synthetic oil change was a little over $70. Better than any chain and cheaper than my last mom and pop shop.”
“These guys are great!!! We just dropped in with our small motorhome because it was showing a low tire on the inside rear of the dually. They helped us right away! Filled all 6 tires to the suggested factory air, and felt that the sensor was messed up. We will probably take it back in ( with an appointment this time!), to have them fix the the sensor issue.”

On my repair job, from the very beginning, Tom Messenger has been an asset in calling me to let me know after he did the initial review what the initial assessment was, and, then he put a plan into action and called me back at each, and every interval to let me know what needed to be done.
He was timely and accurate and the price was reasonable for the work that needed to be performed.

“This was my first time going to Kellers Auto !!! First off, great customer service. Called them and they took my car right away. Something has been wrong with my car for over a year now. I’ve been to multiple mechanics trying to get it fixed. NO ONE could figure it out. I’ve spent so much money getting stuff fixed and still having this issue. Well Kellers auto knew what it was right away!! They fixed it so fast too. They even informed me that I needed new spark plugs, which I supposedly got over the summer somewhere else and they never did them!! So thank you so that information. This time I dealt with Assistant Manager Cameron and was treated with the same respect as usual. “I drive 40 miles from Pennsylvania to go to this specific Firestone because I believe that the guy Mike who works there would never try to sell me a service that I don't need. Unfortunately this past week I had to go on a Sunday and of course because Mike wasn't there the man who was there tried to sell me a battery that I didn't need lmao one star removed for the scammer guy but 10/10 for specifically the one guy Mike who is trustworthy there!
Went in just for an oil change because 2 months ago I got the entire car inspected and $1,900 worth of work done. The guy comes in and tells me that there's corrosion on my battery and it's 3 years old so I should get a new one. So I say they said my battery was fine last time I was here and he says but there's a lot of corrosion on it. So without even testing the battery he was trying to make sure I bought one that day, but then he got on the computer and saw that I was just there two months ago and the battery was tested and it was fine. This is why people hate going to get their car fixed, so frustrating!”
