I have purchased several new cars in my lifetime and have NEVER had an experience like this! Let’s be honest – buying a new car is not fun at all but Buhler is the EXCEPTION! When I walked through the front door I was greeted warmly by Lynn (who couldn’t do enough for you by the way) and explained my unique situation and exactly what I was looking for. Without hesitation she paired me up with the BEST SALESMAN I have ever met, Brendan Cooper. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and promised me right away he was going to do his best to get the van I needed for my daughters and I. He was so knowledgeable and I learned so much from him. It is very rare to meet a salesman with a heart like this guy has. He was so sympathetic, and kind and I could not have asked for a better salesman. He was not pushy at all and went above and beyond for me. This dealership did not waste a minute of my time playing “games” and was upfront and honest. When it was time to sign the papers I was brought to Andrew Rocco, who was a delight and had everything ready to go to get me in and out quickly and answered any questions I had. This dealership did A LOT for my family and I will forever be grateful that we have the perfect vehicle to meet our needs. Brendan has a huge heart and is always a call or email away if any questions pop up and is so responsive! When I went to get our new license plates he again spent soooo much time with me going over the car, and even let my little girls assist him in putting on the license plates – it was the highlight of their day lol. This guy is an all around terrific guy and I have told all my family, friends, and colleagues about my experience. I am a first time customer at this dealership and will now be a lifetime customer and never need to look anywhere else. I cannot think of a single complaint or anything at all that I would change. “I've had only a few experiences at this dealership/location, but they have been very helpful each time! Most recently, I brought explorer here after another Ford dealership completely screwed me up by leaving my engine oil cap off! I only brought my car to the previous location because it's so much closer to home, but that was a mistake! Ford Corporate organized All American Ford to do an inspection for safety of my car afterwards as I was feeling very nervous. I told Ford Corporate that I only trusted All American Ford to inspect my car so they arranged a service with the service advisor, Paul. Paul heard the entire situation and had one of his guys fully inspect my car and also write a report for my records. Paul was super professional, thorough, and empathetic towards my situation. They were also honest and pretty quick with the service/inspection. He also completed it free of charge. Paul was so kind to my son who has special needs, and also shared some personal inspiration. All American Ford is far from me, but I'll only take my car here for service moving forward as it's the only Ford I trust with my explorer. “I arrived at Mavis Tire Center just before closing time, and I was so impressed with the service. Mark went above and beyond to assist me, showing true passion and understanding. I explained that I had come from another maintenance appointment and was running late, but Mark kindly took the time to check my tire without hesitation.
His team was busy cleaning and organizing the station, and I couldn’t help but notice how clean and well-maintained the environment was. The waiting room was also very comfortable and welcoming.
