The difference in price to the second shop was $2,400! Needless to say, this shop is very affordable! “I have been buying cars for more than 50 years. This is the first time that I purchased from Toms Ford. I have to say that they are one of the finest dealerships that I have ever dealt with. From the time that I first walked in, I was greeted with a smile and treated with respect. I was looking for a specific car and trim package. Toms Ford had one in transit (most of the local dealerships did not) and agreed to hold it for me with a $500 deposit despite the fact that I was leaving the country for 4 weeks. They called me when I was overseas and said they would hold it till I returned. While I was away, we began the paperwork, and upon my return, I picked up the car. Everyone I dealt with, my salesperson Jazmin, the Sales Manager, John Luberto, and the credit manager, Aarman, was a pleasure to deal with and made the transaction smooth. I will definitely be a return customer and will recommend Toms Ford to all my friends.
I recently received a recall notice. I called Tom's Ford and they se me up with a mobile service. It was easy to set up the appointment for a specific time. Thirty minutes before the scheduled appointment, the technician called me to tell me that he was on his way. He arrived on time and took care of the recall. He was polite and kept me informed. After he returned to Tom's Ford, I received a call telling me that they were completing the paperwork and would mail me a copy. Great do deal with.
I just did my 10,000 mile service. The appointment was easy to set up. I sent up a 7:00 AM service and waited for the car. The waiting are was clean and comfortable. There was free coffee. My car was done in less than an hour.”

“I've had only a few experiences at this dealership/location, but they have been very helpful each time! Most recently, I brought explorer here after another Ford dealership completely screwed me up by leaving my engine oil cap off! I only brought my car to the previous location because it's so much closer to home, but that was a mistake! Ford Corporate organized All American Ford to do an inspection for safety of my car afterwards as I was feeling very nervous. I told Ford Corporate that I only trusted All American Ford to inspect my car so they arranged a service with the service advisor, Paul. Paul heard the entire situation and had one of his guys fully inspect my car and also write a report for my records. Paul was super professional, thorough, and empathetic towards my situation. They were also honest and pretty quick with the service/inspection. He also completed it free of charge. Paul was so kind to my son who has special needs, and also shared some personal inspiration. All American Ford is far from me, but I'll only take my car here for service moving forward as it's the only Ford I trust with my explorer. “I'm into my eighth decade on this rock and have thus been to dozens of auto repair shops with various vehicles. Top Line Auto Care takes me back to when auto repair garages and mechanics were EXACTLY that. No fancy bells and whistles, just a good shop with competent staff and mechanics. Having a desk clerk handle the non-wrench part of the business is a big plus, for the boss and us customers.
This was my first visit to Top Line after being recommended by a friend who had an engine replaced. I brought my daughter's car in for diagnosis of an issue and appraisal of what to do with it. They even squeezed it in just ahead of going on vaycay! The car was inspected, the problem found, repair process explained and price quoted. I green-lighted the work and later that day it was fixed good as new at the bottom line I was quoted. How often does THAT happen today??

Early on a Friday to get my car done to get me back on the road. It was an expensive fix but I got a brand new Denso alternator. Thank you guys and I hope that's all that happens that nothing else goes kaput”
