Peter is the BEST home inspector you could use in the Hudson County area. I've used him for 2 inspections and he saved me from purchasing a real dump the first time by pointing out issues that would've cost me tens of thousands of dollars to repair. The second inspection he made me comfortable with proceeding with the purchase. He is very detail oriented and is very knowledgeable when it comes to issues with properties that wouldn't be noticeable to the naked eye. Plus he's very reasonable priced compared to other inspectors I quoted with for my first inspection (there was no need to shop around for the second one, Peter's the go-to guy!).I plan on using him in the future for any other property I plan on purchasing and I HIGHLY recommend you do the same!Service: Multi-unit inspections

Pete knows his stuff. He is one of those meticulous guys that doesn't want to fail his clients. When you hire Pete you are protecting your investment. Something as simple as inspecting the fireplace walls for cracks or blockages to protect you from carbon monoxide issues to unforseen foundation issues. I highly recommend Pete.

We are in process of purchasing a home and needed an inspection. A+ Home Inspections came highly recommended by a friend that used them for a recent real estate purchase and that friend was right on the money! Peter, not only returned messages promptly, he was incredibly informative in what to look for in a Home Inspector IF I DIDN'T GO WITH HIM !! I had to pay an extra fee because the home I needed inspected was out of his normal limits. It wasn' t much more, and because of my friend's recommendation I went with him. And, we are so happy with the results. I could not make the inspection as Pete insists that one of us should be with him during his walkthrough. My wife went and she was a little nervous as to understanding the "terms" that he might use during the inspection. But, Pete was awesome in explaining things to her. He even pointed out not "ingnorable" (if that's a word) problems as well as some suggestions that need to addressed if we purchase the house. He was so impressive that BOTH realtors wanted him to do inspections for their offices!! Both stated that he was the best they have ever seen. His report was professionally put together and very easy to read and understand. Even after the report, Pete, has answered all questions that we had/have and has been available for all inquiries. Not the type of person that once the business transaction has been completed, so has the communications. So, If you need a Home Inspection, do yourself a favor and reach out the A+ Home Inspections Thanks again Peter!!!

Was recommended to them by my realtor. I was overcharged because they forgot to send the invoice over. Originally they said the inspection is around 150, but I was charged double that. Avoid at all cost.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! Not worth it. If there was a no star rating I would have selected that one. My appointment was cancelled last min for no valid reason.
