Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, I’m a DiY’er and they’ve always provided guidance. Wide selection and good prices.The location is easy to miss on the south (left) side of the one way street.I’ve never left there without the things I went there looking for - which is about as good a compliment as one can give a hardware store.

They are very helpful and generous. They offered me a very cost effective solution instead of just charging me for tools I would likely only use once.Honest, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. All good things. Go there.

This store have serious issues when handling orders online, I purcahsed 4 items I cancelled the order the same day before I received an order pick up confirmation, they said "it is cancelled" but I didn't get the full refund, I only got back a partial refund, after that I still keep receiving emails that 1 separate item is ready for pick up and another different email with a 3 other items ready to pick up when the order was cancelled even before the order or orders are ready.I think they don't have in stock what they are offering on the internet and the prices are double as they should be, the regular price of the item that I purchased on Lowe's or Home Depot is $5 to $6 dls, they selling for $9 to $10
