The screen was the one indicated, and they took the trouble to confirm that it was the correct screen. For this they ask for the computer model and other data (if they opened the laptop and could see the component data, that may help). It should not happen that they buy a part that is not compatible.The shipment arrived on time, and once the part was brought to me, the technician was able to implement it without any problem.Super recommended

The replacement screen (with hinges) for my old but beloved Acer R7-371T fit like a charm. Excellent packaging and patient customer service, double checking specifications to make sure they shipped the right part -- 5 stars on all counts.This model Acer laptop is an obscure and unusual machine, orphaned to boot, but they had the screen and full mounting gear in stock, apparently NOS (New Old Stock). What luck! In a perfect world all my online transactions should be as successful, painless and satisfying.
