Thanks to Ana Maria for an exceptional service! We visited this branch to apply for a credit card for my wife. Initially, the application was declined because of lack of credit history. Ana Maria made an extra effort to call the credit card division with a request to reconsider the decision. They asked for additional statements, which we provided through another application. They said they will reconsider the application and let us know by mail. After 2 weeks, we got the credit card by mail. Thank you Ana Maria!

Worst experience ever. Poor customer service. Waiting times are way too long, and the banker who took care of us had very poor knowledge about how processes work.

This bank is terrible I don’t recommend it. I deposit a check and they hold it for two weeks , after two weeks they started to investigate why I made deposit of this amount, I’m ready to close account and open in a different branch

This place is horrible. Been here twice- the first time I needed quarter rolls for parking only to find out there were nickles hidden in the rolls. The second time I came here to withdraw cash, the cashier was very rude and dismissive. They were texting on their phone instead of helping the next customer in line. When I got to the window they acted like it was such a drag to do their job. Probably will never come here again unless it's the drive thru atm. Just saying

Sorry to say this – this branch should be closed for its incompetence! The bankers have little knowledge about their own process, account limitations, or professionalism. Worst of all, swindlers—and raises serious doubts about their hiring practices and requirements. I was worked with Chase Banker named Paola Zuniga, and I had my doubts of something fishy during our interaction. No sooner I got home, I called Chase’s 800 number to verify if everything was done as I rightfully requested, and my doubts were right–she did not do what the customer desired as per options available and lied to hide her deliberate sham, or perhaps, her mistake.I wanted to open a checking and savings account and was having an issue online; so, decided to do a walk-in at the branch. The beginning of our conversation itself seems so mediocre… If a client is sitting next to a rep face-to-face, and is presenting their state drivers ID and their related Chase credit card, what is the rationale for asking the client to confirm their address, DOB, phone, etc??? Hello, she has MY driver’s license that I just presented to her!! I can read if off my ID if I chose to, so??One of the questions she asked – “…how much is your annual salary?” I doubt the question is framed so direct, and so I requested that she use all my existing personal info that is tied to my credit card, to open my bank accounts; her response—verbatim: “I don’t see any of that information here” … hold on, didn’t she just ask me to confirm my info that she retrieved using my credit card and my ID?? Also, regarding the savings account, she mentioned if I exceed 5 transaction a month, I would be charged a fee. Um, I challenged it and asked to confirm if it included deposits to the account, and she answered with a resounding YES – now that’s obviously wrong!I was skeptical… I had intentions to open both accounts ONLY to take advantage of the $600 bonus, for which I had presented her the coupon-card and explained my intention. Upon completion, she printed out the account number and direct deposit form. I inquired about the missing bonus terms and conditions that apply to the accounts I just opened, and her reply: “I sent it to the printer but somehow it didn’t get printed… [] … [don’t have access to the page anymore]”. She also retained the bonus card that had the coupon code on it, not sure why. I really wouldn’t WANT these accounts if it is not for the bonus, and so I called Chase 800# to confirm. And sure enough, no coupon was applied! I took care of the issue right there over the phone and decided I must let you all know of my experience at the 3196 Kennedy Blvd, Union City branch. I usually bank online, but if I ever need to visit a branch, that location is not my option – I rate zero stars.

Horrible !!! Sorry to say- and I'm embarrassed. As a Union city- ite- it's unacceptable that this bank has only 1 out of 3 atms fully functioning. Hot, dirty- unorganized !! Machines supperrrrr slow. No receipt. No cash. Touch screen doesn't work. Branch and atms - completely a mess. Sorry - this place needs work.

Best customer service by far. It’s so busy though, I wish they were bigger but seems like every business owner comes here, there’s always a line full of customers doing business transactions. I see why some people get frustrated, and this is a bilingual bank with predominantly Spanish speaking customers, so that’s another thing I picked up on. If you can do it online, it’s best. They were all Nice and patient, I know the location makes it one of the busiest I have visited, but consider it before stepping foot in here. They all are great, starting with management down to the tellers.

This Chase bank has the worst customer service and really poor schedule management. I had to schedule my appointment twice only to make it to myself second appointment on time and not able to be seen. I will not give this bank my money to safe guard when they can’t even manage their calendar. Such a disservice.

I had the worst experience with this branch. I made an appointment to open account for my parents through physically visiting. They called next day to move to one day later. We came in and they told us they are having meeting in half an hour and told us to come back another day later. We insisted to open accounts any way. Before this and a couple of months ago, I tried to withdraw some money to fund my stock trading account. They refused and recommended a "advisor" who then went for a two-week vocation after talking to us. So we couldn't withdraw fund for two weeks and waited till his vacation is over. Then we missed the biggest drop on S&P 500 during pandemics. I can't say that I'm not responsible. But their efficiency and bad work ethics definitely contributed. If you want to be played like a fool like me, go to this branch.
